Returned faulty stools within 7 days. Advised by customer service refund, exchange. Went to the shop, agreed faulty and the manager there said refund or straight swap, we don’t have much choice in store so I asked her to show me, choose stool and only at the till after waiting for these stools to be brought down was asked for €40. Apparently the stools were €159 €10 x 4 more expensive then the faulty ones. Didn’t have €40 with me as I was told I was exchanging. Calls, time spent making up the faulty seats, time trying to exchange them and after paying almost €600 they couldn’t waive a €10 off. Very disappointed I left the shop without the stools. I have bought 2 Emma mattresses, solar lights, mirrors, clocks, Halloween items, Christmas items, bedding, kitchen ware’s but will not be shopping there again after waiting firstly for our ‘straight swap’ only to have the disappointment and embarrassment of watching the stools be taken away with a queue of people and staff from the till area.
