Had a sofa delivered in October. Within 12/13 weeks a fault become apparent when the fabric completely exposed the back on the one side of the sofa. I reported this and they sent an independent accessor out who stayed it was a manufacturing fault, they hadn't put the staples into the board when making and so he had to hand stitch it. The exact same fault has developed in the same place as in January. I emailed regarding it in April but didn't receive a response. Finally got through to customer services today who told to forward the email onto another address then what's stated on their website and ao I don't so. I have now received a response saying that because the sofa is over 6 months old, in order to proceed with my complaint I would need to arrange an independent accessor to view the sofa at an expense to myself. Despite it being the same fault as in January and in the exact same location- therefore the hand stitching was obviously not sufficient enough and was only a short term fix for normal wear and tear on a sofa used daily. May I also state I was given no notice regarding accessor turning up, just received a WhatsApp message on the day. I think this is absolutely shocking service considering its the same fault and an independent assessor has already highlighted it as a manufacturing fault 3 months prior to this time round.

Delivery team very professional and fast without causing any damage getting a large sofa through a small area. I do wish they would take the recyclable packaging with them but this is confirmed the case before delivery so plan ahead. Very comfortable and supportive furniture, even though me and my partner suffer with the same chronic pain condition we can sit for extended periods to watch movies or sports.
The experience has been excellent. Easy to order sofa. The sofa was made in the stated time and I was kept informed about delivery and times and they were all spot on with emails and texts. The sofa is absolutely perfect in colour and quality and comfort. The delivery team was pleasant and engaging and on time.
I would certainly recommend honeypot to anyone wanting good service with quality furniture. Our sofa is super comfortable and as per the specifications, well delivered and friendly. We are very happy 😊

First time using Honeypot furniture and I would highly recommend! We ordered the Inga sofa in cream. The delivery service was great - the delivery men carried the sofa to our front room and helped set up the sofa. The sofa is super comfy and exactly how the photo looked on the website. We often spend most Sundays relaxing on the sofa and we couldn’t be any more happier with it!

I bought a 3 seater sofa bed and a 3 seater in the Verona range. Communications were good, you can track your delivery and they set the sofas up before they leave. The sofas are hesitant the sofa bed is very comfy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery was incredibly well organised, easy to track and the delivery men were excellent. Very quick and did a great job. However I didn't realise that all of the cardboard and plastic from the delivery would be left behind which was disappointing. Sofa is great and looks good.
