Item delivery was attempted on the agreed date without notification and no one was there to receive. It was then delivered the next day. Not ideal during a home move when the item was needed.

It was easier to shop from Hughes , also they had the lowest price for my TV.
My only problem was I could not register for the 5 year guarantee with LG as each password I put in they said it was not good enough.

Ordered the Item in good time (3 weeks) prior to delivery Date. Then day before Date arrived I received the email advising me what time I could expect delivery the next day. That came & went & nothing. I sent the next 3 days chasing around various people in their "Customer service Centre" no one seemed to have a clue tbh.And promised Callback never materialised Not what you need in the middle of a House move. Arrived eventually, TV is Great and more then happy with the price. But as for the rest of it, It left a lot to be desired......

I wish to say what a great company and genuine fantastic customer service, ordered for my in-laws who are in there 90’s and when delivered it was discovered the fridge freeze was too big and it was no trouble changing the model are nothing was too much, if I could it would be more stars
