Bought a pair from Selfridges in Jan 2023 - £170, limited use for walking the dog once a day. Now developed crack on the top and letting water in. Hunter don't want to know as not bought through their website, despite being bought with 24 month warranty, company liquidated and re-launched. Selfridges not interested either. 2 so called premium companies with shocking service. Do not waste your time with this brand of boots!!
Leider hat die Qualität der Hunter Gummistiefel rapide abgenommen. Das letzte Paar hat gerade 6 Monate gehalten und dann Risse bekommen, sodass sie komplett undicht sind. Die vorherigen haben es immerhin ein gutes Jahr geschafft. Fazit: Die Stiefel sind den hohen Preis absolut nicht mehr wert.
Disonesti, vigliacchi! Ennesima truffa. Avrei voluto leggere prima queste esperienze! Avevo acquistato da Huntersitoufficiale.com, un paio di stivaletti per mia figlia, per la sua festa di compleanno. Non sono arrivati. Pensavo fosse affidabile ma avevo intuito che c’era qualcosa che non andava nel momento in cui ho effettuato l’acquisto. Non mi era uscito che il pagamento era andato a buon fine, nessuna notifica ma i soldi se li erano presi. Nessuna email di conferma dell’ordine nelle ore successive e nel carrello dello shop mi portava ancora l’articolo e di completare il pagamento. Nessuna risposta alle mie richieste d’assistenza tramite i loro contatti anzi non partivano proprio le e-mail. Nei giorni seguenti, un’e-mail in inglese con un numero di tracciabilità da un service sconosciuto m’informava che una spedizione era partita dalla Cina, da Hong Kong. In conclusione, il pacco “sarebbe” anche arrivato qui, nella mia provincia e nella mia città ed anche consegnato. Peccato che era tutta una truffa. Vergognatevi! Portate sulla coscienza i pianti di una bambina di 4 anni!!!
Purchased a pair of tall Hunter ladies wellingtons on 23rd October 2023, with minimal wear they have now split on the seam. I would expect and alleged 'premium' brand to last much longer than 6 months!! I have contacted customer service but reading the reviews on here I don't hold out much hope of reply .....at least nothing helpful. I will update my review 'if' I do get a reply, but my advice to any would be buyers is DO NOT EVER PURCHASE HUNTER'S.
Bought these wellies for my wife 10 months split sent me new pair 10 months split got back on to hunters gone bang.New company bought hunters said they would give me a 50%vouchers as good will gesture 4month down the line wellies split said I can have 50% voucher waste of time don't bother don't buy stay away.
I'm on my third pair of hunters in as many years, ever year they crack and water comes in. I wouldn't waste your money overpriced!!!
J’ai acheté mes bottes Hunter il y a 2 ans, vraiment contente de mon achat, jusqu’à ce jour où elles ont littéralement craqué, l’une sur les côtés, l’autre devant. Vraiment déçue car finalement, elles ne résistent pas à l’épreuve du temps comme Hunter le fait croire, le caoutchouc sèche, se rigidifie et craque. Au vu du prix, c’est une immense déception
My father bought wellies over 2 years ago.. the wellies split across the top of each boot. Emailed Hunter and they advised that the company had gone into liquidation and were now hunter boots and even though we never bought the wellies from them as a gesture of good will the would replace them. Even though they had no record of the ones he had bought. No questions asked. 3 days later brand new wellies delivered. Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. I Had an issues with a pair of hunter boots that cracked within 6 months. I Emailed in as they were still under warranty. A Response took a while due to the company changing hands I guess. After an email or two they agreed to replace them. I’ve received my new pair today. Overall happy with the outcome and the response/sympathy of the new company running Hunter boots. Highly recommend. Thanks
Si vous souhaitez un objet de déco allez y ! Si vous souhaitez les mettre et les utiliser passez votre chemin. La jointure de semelle à tenu 2 semaines et la botte s'est craquelé au bout de 3... Inutilisable en l'état. Autant aller marcher en chaussette dehors directement. Support pour l'UK seulement.
J'ai essayé de commander sur le site hunterboots.fr avec des prix affichés soldées attirants mais il est impossible de payer. J'ai entré deux fois toutes mes coordonnées bancaires et il s'affiche un message comme quoi c'est en cours de paiement.. mais jamais de validation bancaire ni confirmations. Deux mails envoyés via le site sans réponse..
Pase un pedido en noviembre 2023, pago confirmado y nunca llegaron por mucho que escribiera, me quejara, solicitando reembolso que nunca llegó tampoco... es un puro fraude. todavia tengo en el ordenador las pruebas de todo lo que estoy escribiendo y de las cuales no me dejan mandar los enlaces. Quedo esperando que me contesten... y me devuelvan el dinero.
I bought a pair (Balmoral Adjustable) in November 2021 and they were about £160. I only used them about a dozen times. By October 2023 they were very perished. I wrote to the company and received no satisfactory response. I would not recommend the product. You would be better with muck boots or something similar or basic dunlops which have much better life expectancy. The Hunter boots seem to be more for high street use rather than for use in the countryside given how far they have deteriorated after a dozen uses.
I brought a pair October 2022 falling apart at the the seems only used for walking the bog in wet conditions. Over priced bad quality. I’m not surprised they went bust.

Las primeras botas que compre negras me duraron 12 años, ya se agrietaron y volví a comprar otras naranjas que a los 2 años se agrietaron y El corte Inglés me devolvió el dinero. Volví a comprar otras grises que a los 2 años y 1 mes se ha agrietado solo una y el Corte Inglés esta vez me dice que reclama a Hunter. Hunter me ha dicho que lo sienten mucho. Que me dan un vale del 50% para comprar en la página de UK (el precio en libras claro) pero que no las pueden enviar. No creo que sea una solución al problema ya que en su página pone que duran décadas y yo puedo garantizarlo con las primeras del 2007 pero no con las del 2019 y las del 2021 con mismo uso y mismos cuidados. No volveré a comprarlas más.
I received a pair of Hunters for my birthday a couple of years ago. Within a few months and minimal wear the boots started to crack. I contacted Hunter and was told it was the way I looked after them and nothing to do with them. Over the coming months more and more cracks started to appear, the seams coming away. Within a year they became unusable. When I complained again they offered me 50% off my next pair. This is not sufficient compensation. I'd avoid this brand altogether. Very disappointing.
After what we paid for our boots, we found they cracked and began leaking within 6-months of irregular use. Very disappointing given the brand.
Great quality boots that fit well and are great when I take my dog for a walk.
