When my wife told me she was getting clothes for like 2 pounds, i was like holy moly where from?!?! She then tells me and shows me where and im like where the hell are the mens clothes... there are none. So you're saying all these females get their clothes for less than 5 quid and us males have to pay full price. Wow.

I am not a super regular buyer on the ISAWITFIRST site but I everytime I go looking for the odd pieces here and there for myself or as gifts, I never fail to get a decent deal on the items from here with very decent on-time delivery options depending on the priority requirements. Very deserving of a good review for the solid consistency.

Terrible customer service will never shop here again

Spoke with customer service today regarding an order I didn't receive they refunded the order and it shown up instantly on my bank as declined my bank advised this was a processing technical issue on the merchant side and I need to contact them show them proof for it to be rectified however upon contacting I saw it first again the customer service wasn't helpful and kept repeatedly saying I will receive the refund in 3-5days but I'm trying to explain to them the issue I even showed them proof that the refund had declined and they are refusing to do anything about this. I need this dealt with immediately

I have been trying to get in contact with them for the past week no response, there website is clearly down as I have used 3 cards which have payment in them to try and purchase items however payment has came off my card 5 times now yet no confirmation just stays on the same secure checkout page and says ‘there was a problem processing your request please try again’ tried this 5 times now and all 5 payments came off my card yet nothing! Raised it on multiple social media platforms along with an email address - no response ! Sort this out ! Anyone else reading this avoid unless you want to deal with the stress I’ve been going through the last week!

One star rating is one too many!

One star rating is one too many!! I have been trying to return two faulty items to I Saw It First since the beginning of November. I have sent them photos, they have sent me a return code which unfortunately does not work - twice!! - and now when I use the code it says I am outside of the return period so cannot obtain a refund. I have sent them numerous emails trying to resolve this issue but their responses are so unhelpful....and so slow! Is there a telephone number to contact Customer Services? How do I escalate this complaint?

Still awaiting a refund months later

Returned my parcel back in September, and received an email to say its been received and refund would be issued in 14 days. Its now 7th december and still nothing in my statements and when i've sent them emails they do not respond and even on their webchat, connected to an agent and they do not respond. Do not order from here or, at least return your stuff as its hard to get your money back

I ordered some items and sent most of it back, it said I will receive my QR code and the email shortly. O waited a few days for this to come through. I never received my QR code or email for the return. I emailed customer services so many times and they took ages to reply each time. It was taking weeks to resolve this to the point it went past the return date. Then somebody was nice enough to help me and sent me the code so I was finally able to return my items. Now I have had another email saying the items are being sent back to me as it is past the return date! It isn’t my fault, it is there’s for not sending me the email and for taking so long to reply to me! An issue on their behalf has lost me money! Used to order from here but now it is owned by sports direct it is awful, and the clothes are awful too! Will never order from here again and this company needs to be completely finished!

Their sizing comes huge a 16 imo is more a 20

Their sizing is a joke. I bought jogging bottoms size 16, which is my usual size. The ones from isawitfirst would be even too big for a giant! HUGE! Also I do not like the fact you have to pay £4.99 to return them. I won't be buying from this company again! Forgot to mention, they DON'T reply on twitter/ X

Still awaiting my refund after a month

Still awaiting my refund after a month! Today I received an email to say that I wouldn't be getting my refund due to the company having not received my parcel. This is after I gave them proof of postage and telling them that I have an email to confirm that the company did receive my parcel on the 19th October. Please do not bother with this company! They've been so unhelpful and have taken 7 days to reply after each interaction. I wouldn't waste your time or money on them.

I made an order and paid £10 for next day delivery only to receive it 2 days later, been emailing to get this resolved their replies being 4-6 days long, only to be offered a free next day delivery code, advised I won’t shop here again and would like the money back I didn’t receive a reply until today after 4 days and they said “do you still require assistance” when my last email to them very clearly stated I was not happy with their “resolution” and advised I wanted my money back, I won’t hear anything now for another week but I’d avoid at any cost…. £10 for next day delivery is outrageous as it is but the customer service is even worse. I asked for this to be passed to a manager twice and my request has still been ignored

So disappointed in I Saw It First

So disappointed in I Saw It First! I was a regular customer not so long ago and decided to order with them recently. When my order came nothing was decent and a pair of boots even came faulty! The order cost me around £40. I followed returning procedures and had an email to confirm they'd received my return 2 days after posting. I waited 14 days as stated for the refunded money to return to my account and now nearly 4 weeks later and a week after contacting them I am still yet to receive my refund! An absolute joke!

I ordered paying next day delivery and my order turned about 4 days late! So 1 my order is now useless to me also doesn’t look how it does online and so I’m having to send back which they also want me to pay for when I didn’t even get my order on the correct date. I have tried contacting them twice and have nothing from them in return and now I’m trying to return it and they aren’t sending me the barcode this is a joke. I would never order from here again!

Worst experience

I placed an order on the 4/10 and didn’t get an email confirmation so I waited for a few days and still nothing . I placed the same order the second time just in case something went wrong the first time and yet still no email confirmation. I paid via PayPal and my bank is showing both transactions… I have sent emails , no reply . The webchat doesn’t even work ! What’s going on here !!!!

Do not buy from this business they're disgraceful

I ordered a two piece bikini and only the top arrived. So I set out to ask to be sent the bottom half or to be sent a refund for the bottoms I had to contact customer service twice, as they don't have a phone number to contact this was initially via the web chat box (which doesn't work) then I sent 2 emails, both of which have been ignored despite my politeness and patience. I work in this industry and understand mistakes happen. But It's actually completely out of order to take the money and then send someone half of what they paid for, and not have a proper customer service line and ignore messages. Shame on you guys, you're out of order.

Terrible company. I ordered a number of items and returned 17 items of the order as the quality of the clothing was really poor. I received a refund for only 11 of the items. When I contacted Isawitfirst they told me they had only received 11 items back in the return order. This was a lie so they have the returned items and have also kept my money which they refuse to refund me for. Avoid this company!
