IWOOT lists items as in stock even though they are not and they have no clue when they will be back in stock. I ordered some tokens from them, and their website says in stock. However, they are not in stock, I have asked customer services and they have no date (or even know if they will get stock). Yet it still says in stock on their website, so more people will be ordering a product they don't have and may never have back in stock.

Great product and price
I ordered a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Backpack from here in December 2023. It is April 2023 and the zips have come off the rucksack after light use. The bag is otherwise is good condition, the zips are faulty. Despite me raising this fault with the item, they have refused to provide a refund or replace the item. Customer service is managed by AI bots. The responses are generic. Referring to the item being outside the 30 day returns policy. I am raising an issue about a faulty item which they sold to me and they are refusing to refund me my money for a faulty item. They have been no help, so unfortunately I have had to raise a separate complaint to the consumer ombudsmen and am likely to have to settle this outside. DO NOT BUY from this website. Pay extra if necessary and use Amazon who treat their customers a lot better and will actually refund you on faulty items. If you buy an item from this website and the product ends up being faulty, prepare to speak to the consumer ombudsmen to recover any money. This company definitely goes on the list for one of the worse for customer service.

Still not received my order
Just found it cheaper paid, £17 it's £13 on amazon plus they have free postage.
I ordered a product that was in stock. 3 working days later I asked when it was going to be dispatched to be told they were awaiting stock from the supplier and I would be updated in the next 3-5 days. Cancelled my order. Shouldn't be advertising products as in stock when you haven't received them from the supplier yet.
This is the second purchase similar to this one and I was very happy with it. The discount was applied automatically.
