please avoid these scammers espacially artist there's a plenty of platforms where you can sell your art they don't pay their artists avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! scam !!
I decided to give iamfy.co a shot, as an artist. I have seen their adds and their over all trust score is high. I have no conclusion other than they MUST be a scam. It has been a month since I uploaded my entire catalog (71) of 1:1 renders. I got the email notification to set up payments and an email notification that my store link was live and that I could use it to advertise. There's no store front. The link goes to a dead page. No emails or customer service tickets have been answered. Every few days I DO get another email telling me I need more images and that they recommend a number smaller than the amount of images already uploaded and they're already doing nothing with them. Don't bother, it is obvious that this platform is a sunk ship.
Fast shipping print arrived today, amazing quality. I have 2 other prints I wanted to purchase I am now confident to purchase them. Some beautiful artwork on the website, talented artists
DO NOT USE as an artist of AI and a consumer I tried to buy one of my own pieces to test them to make sure they wouldn't con anyone I got a mail saying it had been sent but never arrived I messaged them 4 times with ZERO RESPONSE as a seller I also never got any commission even from selling this piece to myself so they have failed on every level customer and artist AVOID AVOID AVOID
I made a mistake ordering the same print twice and they were so helpful rectifying it and refunding me.
Excellent service from beginning to end! Amazing products worth every penny and when we reported an issue with a print damaged in transit, they couldn’t do enough to help and immediately too! Five star products and service!

I ordered in total 5 prints. Mostly all large and all were framed. 2 came bubbled/wrinkled inside. I contacted Fy and they asked for photos and photos of the packaging. They then said they would send me 2 new ones of the prints out. Everyone I’ve spoke to has been so lovely and helpful and efficient.

Como artista, FY es la peor plataforma con la que puedes trabajar. El sistema Tipalti es difícil de navegar y los pagos de muchos artistas nunca se realizan a tiempo (googlear fy payments reddit). Fy nos debe pagos a mí y a otros artistas desde hace 4 años. Si desea apoyar a los artistas, no compre en FY.

Brilliant customer service! I needed to refund an item and the returns process was so complex due to Brexit issues (I live in Portugal) that they refunded me straight away while it was resolved.
If you want to start selling as an artist, be aware - very poor to non existent dashboard for a seller, you dont have any info on how the sales are doing, what is popular, or anything like that. If you lucky enough you will receive a summary at the end of the month, in our case we had to email them and only then we received our first invoice. They can just delete your artwork or entire store with out any notification, explanation. After our store page (we did sale few pieces mind you) got deleted we had to again poke with an email requesting an explanation. Do not, I repeat, do not try to sell anything with this company. They are very unprofessional.
Great poster, lots of choice and good quality frame. Not the cheapest but they usually have offers and discounts and I got 35% off a new customer which made buy! I had to chase up as lead time was a little unclear and it was for a special occasion so time sensitive. However, I contacted the instant messanger customer service on the website and spoke to Phindile Nxumalo who was brilliant. They rushed the order through for me it was dispatched the next day and delivered the day after. They even checked in to make sure it had been delivered. Will 100% order again and great welcome discounts.
