Used this company many times before and it is the best place alongside A1 sporting memorabilia which belongs to Icons now anyway. Backed by Fifa as well so a very reputable company for signed sporting goods
I’ve used Icons before and always been really pleased with the item. This one came with a crack through the letter N in MALDINI but it’s nothing too noticeable.
Great purchase very happy with my order. The only thing I'd say is I wasnt aware off the signed football was deflated and needed to be pumped up. Might want to advertise that or maybe include a pump with order just incase the buyer doesn't have one.
This was my second order from Icons.com by the way. Items received were as advertised and in good condition. Also, Dan from the customer service team was amazing and delivered on all his promises. Definitely, the place to go to for authentic sports memorabilia.
Working with the Icons team was a pleasure. The piece itself was in perfect condition with a classy finish on the framing. This will be second negative review for Icons.com in my previous review it was concerning their mystery box which was founded out to be a scam and a money grab however atleast there was option to return . I returned and according to track and trace they received package last week , now I’ve sent emails regarding if they have received package or if the money is being processed . Nothing. No reply whereas when it came to buying they’d reply same day if it were during weekdays now no reply for days ? Either they’ve blocked my email as I don’t get an automatic email that I will get a response or I’m being deliberately ignored and my money just stolen . DO NOT believe their excuse of “ we are busy due to high volume of enquiries “ it’s all lies it’s their go to excuse . So unprofessional the people at this company it’s shocking .
The product was exactly as described and delivered on time. However, the packaging must be improved for fragile items as the frame got damaged from the corners and didn't hold well. The pixi glass fill out of place. Now, I have to take it to a local workshop to get it back into share at my own expense.

2 items i bought worth over 3k AUD Has been in Melbourne since the 4th of April and on "hold" since 5th at customs. I had to call on Friday the 12th to understand why it's being held up, no msg or email form DHL. Seems like my shipment was wrongly "categorised" unsure if that was from icons side or something DHL input. Something that needs to be followed up from icons side because they are impacting users experience. Edit: Communication was great from Icons. Have received both items. Great condition and well packaged. Realised that a 2 star review was probably unfair as this this was a DHL/Customs issue.

I’ve been following icons,com for a long time and been waiting to make a purchase , then came this ‘Mystery memorabilia’ 5/5 idea and great way to make first purchase , props to whoever came up with idea , however 1/5 for business plan and execution. I bought 1 mystery box on a Tuesday evening 2 weeks ago and received that Thursday so very pleased with the process since it took 1/2 days and I pulled Cannavaro a player I wouldn’t buy but I like and happy with . However after opening I ordered another and so did my brother we ordered Thursday early afternoon and the ordered wasn’t even processed by iconscom for 9 days and eventually got to me after 2 weeks of ordering . Dan the customer support was very unhelpful and I’m sure he is the one who checks the reviews and told me 48hours on 2 separate occasions when in fact this wasn’t the case . I pulled cannavaro AGAIN and my brother pulled Geoff hurst I all 3 boxes cost £200 plus shipping and taxes and Geoff specific shirt cannot be found on iconscom however does sell on iconscom sister company a1sportingmemorabliacom for £49.99 and doesn’t even sell for that price . I am aware it is a mystery box but £200 plus for a shirt I can get for £44.99 after discount is a joke and every player mentioned in box bar messi is maximum £250 after discount £225 so in reality only Messi is a win because you can just buy the players instead . I don’t expect Messi’s but business plan execution was not there . This is their first time doing this mystery box so I hope they change a lot for next release . I suggest clarity on how many boxes available , the actual players included and how many of each players there are . Messi , xavi , iniesta ……. And many more is terrible . A 100 boxes available 1 Messi , 10 maldini, 10 Roberto Carlos …. System is fair and more professional instead of trying to offload all unwanted shirts like £44.99 Geoff hurst that wasn’t even mentioned however if it was clearly shown there’s 10 Geoff hurst available I cannot complain as it is a mystery box . However beautiful packaging , beautiful idea but terrible execution and terrible Dan from customer support .
Ordered a signed Jersey in a FIFA frame. The frame glass/plastic glass arrived with a little crack as if something with a point hit the package. Luckily the Jersey itself wasn’t damaged. The frame looks like it wasn’t even packed with care since the Jersey and background weren’t even inside the metal prongs of the frame resulting in the glass/plastic glass being cracked around the perimeter. Had to fix the issue once the package arrived. Other than that, the signed Jersey is beautiful. Just wish a tiny bit more detail went into the assembly and packaging.
