Super kind customer service! Recently lost a buckle from the rain jacket, which we've had for years, and I asked the customer service if I can purchase one, and they just sent one for free. Super nice service!
Møte med første person, Nicoline Runge, både på tlf. og på mail var hyggelig, og hun var imøtekommende. Saken min ble fulgt opp, og jeg ble fortløpende informert om saksbehandlingen. Andre person, Iben, tok opp saken like effektivt, og ila. 24 timer var varene på vei. Helt topp!
I have been wearing Ilse Jacobsen's Tulip Shoes for several years now. Not only are they stylish, but very comfortable. I love the rainbow of colors that they have & have 4 different pairs! Recently, I was looking for a particular size, in a particular color, which the website said was sold out. I contacted them on line & they were able to get me the color & size that I wanted! Amazing Customer Service!
Exzellenter Kundenservice! Die Dame war sehr bemüht und vor allen Dingen sehr entgegenkommend. Damit sehr hilfreich. Alle meine Wünsche konnten erfüllt werden. Ein Kundenservice, wie ich ihn mir überall wünschen würde. Weiter so! Und nicht zu vergessen: Habe ein tolles Produkt erworben! 😉
Der Service ist perfekt! Ich habe meine Schuhe 3 Tage nach der Bestellung zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erhalten. Auch mit Reklamation geht Ilse Jacobsen sehr souverän um. Ich kann den Onlineshop und Service sehr empfehlen.
I ordered a few pairs of shoes they were delivered really fast. Unfortunately one of the styles were just a little too big the other styles were perfect I Love them! I got in contact re the the larger style and the customer service was fantastic I got a reply almost immediately and it was all sorted. Very Happy to deal with this Company as their footwear is Fabulous.
Ilse jacobsen hat mir mit einer externen Reklamation geholfen, insofern ist diese nun auch positiv ausgegangen.

Ich liebe die Schuhe von Ilse Jacobsen sehr und bin froh, sie online in den tollsten Farben beziehen zu können. Nach einem Fehlkauf (das falsche rot) wurde meine verwechselte Rückgabe / Tausch schnell, freundlich, positiv und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit akzeptiert und behoben. Ein Shop, der glücklich macht! 🙂
Absolutely fantastic customer service ,I lost a strap that attaches the hood to my coat .Within 24 hours one was sent from Denmark to the UK . I am so very impressed with everything about this company, I have several of their fantastic raincoats and would highly recommend to anyone.They are super stylish and hard wearing Absolutely brilliant.

Das erste durch mich bestellte Paar war zu klein. Überhaupt kein Problem, in zwei sehr freundlichen und für mich hilfreichen Gesprächen haben wir für mich eine Lösung gefunden. Die dann gelieferten Gummistiefel passten und entsprachen zu 100% meinen Vorstellungen. Bei dem Wetter der letzten Monate haben sie mir gute Dienste getan ..... meine Füße waren immer trocken und warm, die Stiefel sind nebenher auch schick.

Der Winterregenmantel war bereits nach dem 2. Tragen und dem ersten Mal im Nieselregen nach einer halben Stunde nicht mehr dicht. Es mussten zunächst Fragen, wo es nass war, dann wie sehr es geregnet hat etc. beantwortet werden. Dann sollte ich auch noch das Etikett per Foto senden. Und siehe da. Der Mantel kommt aus China!! Ich fühle mich total betrogen. Da kann ich ja gleich bei Temu bestellen. Eine Antwort auf meine geforderte Rücksendung habe ich nach über einer Woche immer noch nicht.
I always bought Ilse Jacobsen clothes retail until recently when I could not find the rain jacket I was looking for in the colour I needed for work. I went online and, unfortunately, they were sold out of my size. I emailed customer service to ask if by any chance they had any Xmas returns in my size. I was answered promptly and advised to check back in two weeks when stock lists would be updated. I was disappointed and thought it would be unlikely I’d get it, but I did go back to the site in two weeks and not only was my size there, it was on sale! I am very happy with the jacket - it is top quality - and the customer service is just as top notch. Highly recommend.
