My husband bought me the 3 piece cast iron skillets for Christmas. I loved them so much that I placed an order for 2 more sets for my daughters birthday which are in the same month. They had a free knife with your purchase but it was only letting me get the one free. I contacted customer service and ask could I get a free knife for the other daughter and they shipped it to me. Great pans! Great customer service!

I love the Imarku knives I purchased. The first I bought is the 8" chef knife. I recently bought the santoku knife, the boning knife and the pairing knife. Each is excellent and a pleasure to have in my kitchen. My old and tired knives are gone. I also bought the folding knife sharpener which does a great job of keeping them sharp and is much easier than a wetstone. Great for cleaning my cast iron pan is the stainless steel chainmail scrubber. There was a little mixup with my order and Imarku was very responsive and corrected the mixup. These comments are the reason for my five star rating. They deserve 10 stars out of 5!!! Robert
The knives are beautiful and work very well. However, the block had a crack in it. I emailed customer service about it and sent pics. They could not have been nicer about it! They immediately sent a replacement and kept me informed about its journey all the way until it was on my door step. And after that, they emailed me to make sure it was perfect. Very impressive company and customer service people! Thank you for a very pleasant experience! You are awesome!

I just got my non-stick pot set after getting the stainless steel one. I actually started with their 3- cast iron pan set from Amazon to give it a try. I was satisfied with it, then tried their paring knife from Amazon,too. I was so impressed that I ordered a knife set, now from their website,and fortunately was on sale and got free stuff. They have free lifetime warranty, too! I just had to follow-up though with the free stuff because they're sent separately. Anyways,their products are of good quality at reasonable price!

I have not received any product but you charged my credit card. Because you use Shop, even though I filled in new address info, it populated with the old. I was unable to edit my order even though it had not been processed. I could not tell from the order detail if the pan had a honeycomb bottom. The phone # provided on a email is fictious. It does not have a business answering message and no one ever picks up. I have no idea what the status of my order is because imarku will not respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB to resolve.
Imarku's Customer Service was top notch ..... I purchased a set of Cookware from the company, when the pkg arrived, it was missing the Stock pot. I reached out immediatly to Imarku, presented photos of the pkg and explained the issue. I am happy to say that Imarku's Cust. Serv. was very professional and courteous at resolving the issue. Missing pot was received at my address shortly after arriving in their warehouse !

We ordered a set of knifes from the Company website. Order status was communicated well and quick. Shipment arrived as planned. The knifes and block are good quality. We had an issue with a knifes handle having tool marks. We contacted Imarku and quickly resolved the issue with their friendly customer service. A new knife was sent and everything is great.
No. They are totally junk. I got one from their website and food sticked on the bottom and wont come off from day one. They refused to let me return it and get a refund but wants to send me a new one. Totally a scam Chinese company. Hexclad is the best. Do not buy this junk pan from this company. First asked me to try to use a specified scrubbing pad if it doesnt work I could return it. I ordered the scrubbing pad and it still couldnt clean off but didnt return my email when i asked how I could return it. I am not going to use this junk again. Do not send me a replacement.
