Brandon provided excellent customer service when I made a mistake on my order. My order was cancelled and refund issued very quickly.
Brandon Was really helpful in regards to my query of have they received my refund? I wasn’t sure if it had got to them as I had not received an email telling me it was with them but he is assured me that they’ve got it and he has processed my refund for me, very helpful and very quick at getting back to me.

Delay in order with no updates unless chase via a live chat to which you wait over 3 hours for a response. £150 down still no order 2 weeks later! Terrible customer communication!
Their customers service is appaling. Three times I paid for next day delivery and have not received it any of these times. On the last occasion EVRi left my parcel in the street and inthestyle are refusing to give me a refund or replacement. They expect me to go round every door in the neighbourhood looking for the parcel. I have sent lots of emails and had very unhelpful replies then they replied to my last review stating they couldn't find any correspondence from me which is clearly a lie! Do not recommend at all. Their clothes are great but the customer service is shocking.

Competative prices and fast delivery, was sent the totally wrong item but Ariana at the customer service chat was great, after supplying photos and sending the items back I was refunded swiftly and was not charged the returns fee as I received the wrong item.
I ordered a denim shirt and i paid for next day delivery and instead of delivery to my home they sent the parcel to an Asda store which far from me. After a week parcel was sent back to them thats what the courier tracking is saying. Now its almost 14 days no confirmation from to say parcel was returned and no refund made. I have emailed them 3 times no reply, noone ever comes on the live chat and the phone always says wrong time to call. All i want is my money back
I ordered some items from In Th Style but unfortunately they didn’t suit me so arranged an immediate return. I tracked my return, this was delivered by Royal Mail on 13/4/24 but l have never received any email confirmation from in the style which was worrying. It is now 14 days later so when l tried to contact the company l realised there isn’t a phone number! Only live chat or email, l went into the live chat and waited 10 mins for a response ( not very live then !!), the operator then wanted some further details from me, l responded and then waited and waited for a response!! Finally received confirmation from him that my refund will be processed so now have to wait a few more days for the refund!! I have already waited 14 days!! I will not buy from here again.
Sent a package back using the QR code supplied by ITS and as I had no update I checked the tracking which states they are no longer at that address and package is being returned. Why send a returns label with an invalid address?? Still awaiting further information from In the Style on when to expect my refund.
Returned items and refund excluded one item returned (expected the return postage to be excluded so no dispute there). Contacted in the style and have gone round in circles asking for additional info one email at a time to be then told I need to wait 14 days for the refund - I’ve had a refund but the refund is less than the returned items! The other option on the auto scripted response is if it’s over 14 days I need to contact them - this is what I have done! Just tried to do an online chat which is open from 8.30am but they have no one available at 9.22am? Thankfully paid by credit card so will claim through them but won’t be using again.
I’ve tried to return my items as they do not fit. The sizing is absolutely terrible. I printed the returns label sent from in the style . I had an email my in The style to say Royal Mail has my parcel and they would contact me the next few days. 11 days later I’ve heard nothing. I’ve tracked my parcel and it’s been returned to sender as the company are no longer at the address provided on the label they gave me. So there is no way to return the item.

Brandon was really helpful, my order was missing after a week of waiting and after i was informed about the missing order i received it the very next day once he’d arranged for the order to be re done. I was really satisfied that this was sorted so soon!
