i saw roses in the advert yet none were present in bouquet 🙁

These were ordered for a friend's birthday . They were delivered on time and she was really impressed with the quality of the flowers she received. She also said that they were delivered from a high quality local florist. Overall she was thrilled with her gift . Thank you
I was at the house when the flowers I had ordered arrived for my friend. I was so pleased that the same day delivery had been accommodated however, when I took a look at the quality of the flowers I was bitterly disappointed. The roses were small buds and were not fresh. The roses had a brown tinge all around the edges. The other flowers looked more like flowers you get from the local garage for half the price. Definitely not worth the money, the bouquet was small too. I couldn’t believe how much I had paid for so little. I will never use this same day service or Interflora again. I could always previously rely on them but after this disappointing service, I will use another company.

Quick service, convenient, easy to use. Was disappointed with the bouquet for £90 though. Too much filling, not so much flowers. Some flowers unopened which is fine but it does reduce wow factor when presented with lots of foliage, plus some of it withers before the unopened ones bloom. Felt sad for my aunty that the bouquet wasn’t that impressive. She’ll be thinking we didn’t think she was worth it.

Recently ordered flowers for my daughter for the birth of her daughter, they arrived on time hence the two stars, however was disappointed as they did not come as shown. Whilst I understand that each florist will create a slightly different version the fact that the ones I ordered should of come in a pink vase and the ones received didn’t, I received an email to advise me of this but felt that if the product is offered on the website then it should be available to any florist taking on the order, I could of purchased similar elsewhere for less but the pink vase is what sold it to me.
My mother was very happy with the flowers and the vase Excelent service and nice hand written card
