Booked an adventure day for my son

Booked an adventure day for my son, tried contacted the organiser for dates by call and email with no reply, so I contacted into the blue to see if they can help, via web chat, basically they told me they tried calling organiser who answered after a while,(bit odd cos they never answer when I phone , but into the blue get an answer right away šŸ¤Ø)so I asked if they passed my details to organiser, or at least asked organisers to check their emails, was told I just need to just keep trying to get through, they'll answer eventually,basically chase it up my self, which begs the question what was the Ā£129 for cos they had no interest in helping, obviously got their money and that's that. Meanwhile I need to keep phoning organisers with no reply. Very very poor customer service and not worth the money I paid them. I'll be spreading the word that's for sure.

Tractor Driving Rutland

Received the experience from my wife for Christmas. Had a safety briefing first and then an explanation of the controls and functions of the tractor before setting off round the field to get a feel of the tractor, which was very easy to drive. Then had a demonstration of the GPS automatic settings and set up a couple of route patterns and then followed them. After this hitched up a roller and went round the field with this. Jack also gave some insights into current farming and how climate problems are affecting it. A very enjoyable experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to drive a tractor.

VR Lancaster 'flight' at Shoreham

I had the VR Lancaster 'flight' at Shoreham Airport and it was a marvellous and totally immersive experience. After a short briefing I 'flew' the Lancaster up the Severn River and then under the bridge (without crashing). Second time was cross-country at treetop height to the Sorpe and Mohne Dams in the Ruhr. I've done the 'headset' VR Lancaster at a different venue, but this version with the 180-degree video screens was a more complete experience, with better vision and feel for the difficulties of flying the bomber. Very much recomended for any historical aviation enthusiast!

Gutted in all honesty

Gutted in all honesty. Will be leaving a review on other socials to make people aware. My brother bought a lovely gift voucher for a flying experience in Scotland for my 30th birthday - a big one! Very very excited but as Scotland doesnā€™t have the best weather, I knew it would be a struggle to book (as I already bought a balloon flight voucher for me and my mum and struggled to get a date for that for some time). Anyway, I checked online and I could see it had 2years from the purchase date (26th December). Once I had my hectic uni year out the way, I tried to book and itā€™s said expired!? I emailed and explained the situ and said I seen the expiry was 2 years when I checked it literally the day after I was gifted the voucher! I emailed literally 2 weeks after ā€˜the expiry dateā€™. I was emailed back to say I could extend it for a fee of Ā£20? Despite being out by 2 weeks, it was an honest mistake, this was for a big birthday and considering we bought other vouchers before this one.. I thought theyde have a bit of leeway but nope. Ā£20 isnā€™t much which I appreciate that, however now Iā€™ve essentially just put money to my own 30th present, and for such a small fee youā€™d think the company would have a bit of leeway or decent and compassion to adjust this free of charge. Astonished. More concerned about getting every penny in than helping make happy customers who will go back again and again.

DO NOT BOOK VOUCHER if thinking of using RAVENAIR Liverpool for a flying lesson Iā€™ve had the voucher 11 months booked 3 times and every time cancelled 24 hours b4 flight as plane has got a fault. My daughter is now really upset tonight as this was her bday present back in March.

Unhelpful customer service. Unhelpful via email. Ended up phoning - over the phone was told to sort the problem out myself! Really unhelpful, condescending woman on the phone. Not helpful in rectifying the problem at all. Really upset and a terrible experience. I have told all my family and friends to never buy from Into The Blue again. Awful.

Tiger Moth Fight for my 70th Birthday.

After a few weather cancellations I finally got my flight in the Tiger Moth for my 70th Birthday Surprise from my family. What a buzz and thrill it was. My instructor Andy Stibbs explained what was going to happen and up we went. Lots of encouragement and advice from Andy and I took control for and flew the aircraft for a little spell. Awesome views and a great landing. A truly awesome experience. Thanks to all at Perry Air.

Received a gift of a Vulcan simulator flying experience. Booking proved pretty difficult and, frankly, quite stressful as lack of availability meant we had to book many months ahead - then having to tie other family plans around the simulator availability. However, I did find ITB both friendly and helpful in terms of extending our voucher expiry date and providing other information.

Disappointing from start to finish

Disappointing from start to finish. Purchased a 30 minute motor glider experience for a surprise 50th present for my husband. Firstly on arrival at our arranged time of 12 o'clock and all excited we were told that I'd been left a voice mail informing me that the time had now changed to 2.20 as there were no available planes or pilots. Only one phone call was made to me there were no other attempts to inform me of the change, no text message or email.As you can imagine this was a huge disappointment both for my husband and our family including grandchildren. We had other surprises organised for the day and meant we had to rearrange all our plans. The lady dealing with us and the one responsible for letting us know the change suggested we go and vist a local town to pass the time and would call me if a plane and pilot became available.Very deflated we had no choice but drive 12 miles to the town( we had already travelled over an hour to get to the airfield) I then received a phone call to say they had a plane available at 1.30. We thought great my husband would at last have a wonderful motor glider experience. My husband was taken to the plane and we were all able to look around and the pilot was a nice guy, The plane turned out to not be motor glider and my husband did not get the experience we had paid for as the engine remained on for the duration. This was a massive disappointment and put a damper on the rest of the day. The whole experience was a disaster and has put me off booking anything like this again and certainly won't recommend this particular experience to anyone else.

I tried multiple times to book the experience with the end user only to have been given a code that doesnā€™t actually work with them. Tried multiple times to contact Customer Service. Iā€™ve just gone round and round in circles for a matter of months now- eventually today I get the right voucher code only to see that the dates and I did not available. All the cars arenā€™t available. The only time theyā€™re available is next spring. Get my voucher runs out January ā€œ24. into the blue blame the end user the end user blames it into the blue. Iā€™m getting absolutely nowhere. Itā€™s absolutely disgusting the way that this has been going on for so long. Iā€™ve complained again today with yet again, no reply from into the blue!!! I will never use these guys again, always always go direct!!! I canā€™t put a date of the experience because we havenā€™t had one so Iā€™ve just put todayā€™s date!!

Fantastic experience day with two two fly Little Granston Airfield

We had a fantastic day Greg our pilot was an absolute professional. He certainly made our experience one to remember. A really nice guy thank you Greg for taking me up off the cuff to fly me over my dads WW2 RAF airfield in Gravely an absolute amazing thing to do for me and thank you for saluting him from the air. I will always remember that moment in the day for me.

Not the best experience Iā€™m afraid.

Not the best experience Iā€™m afraid. Booked a wing walk for my wife as a Christmas present a couple of years ago. To be fair due to commitments on both sides and to be able to extend the voucher it didnā€™t happen until this weekend. We had traveled up from Cornwall to Dorset with 6 friends on Friday to come home Sunday ( wing walk Saturday) booked accommodation and restaurants etc to make a weekend of it šŸ‘ Not many clear headā€™s Saturday morning ( apart from the wing walker id like to add). Wife received a phone call Saturday 10.30 am to say wing walk cancelled due to humidity but would keep in contact to give updates. Not a cloud in the sky and 25 degrees. Got one of our party to phone back the number and then told it was a problem with the plane but would definitely ring back with updates. Sunday evening now and have not had a call since. Wife was gutted and seems we waisted a trip away.

Having a very poor experience, avoid!

Having a very poor experience. I booked 4 seats for Phantom of the opera tomorrow using these vouchers. I have received two of those tickets so far so very anxious about the other two and plans being ruined. What's more the website says the seats will be the best available at time of booking, so I booked well in advance, March or April when I could see there were lots of seats. The 2 tickets I have are for 2nd to last row in the balcony, far to the side. I can see there are way better seats available to book even right now. Into the blue pass the booking to omg hotels, but they have no phone line for this and aren't replying to me emails. Called into the blue but they are not offering any assistance. It's all quiet stressful. The voucher was originally for a helicopter ride, but it was never available so had to exchange it. Avoid!
