don't order anything from them! This is the worst platform ever. I ordered UNC-00003504 an Alexander McQueen belt bag, the bag arrived torn, worn, dirty. What dump did they send it from? I immediately wrote to them by email, they asked me to send a photo of the damage, I took a photo and sent it. Then they offered me to issue a refund, and assured me that all the money spent would be “returned” and sent their bag back from the trash heap. Then I receive a letter that they have the bag, and then they send me to the partner boutique for an assessment 🤣 for what assessment? Why did you ask me for a photo of the damage? It is clear that their boutique will not accept this garbage back. In general, I have never seen such horror.

The product arrived visibly damaged, not because of the transport but during the production of it. The box was intact. The product looks more like an outlet than a full price product of 550€. You should for the brands you present, offer a much more efficient service for your customers!
