I ordered two truly wireless headphones and I love them so much. The first one is active 65 and the second one is Elite 4 active. Beside the fact that second one on rare occasions comes out of my ear it’s been great. When they sent me the Elite Active 4 the left one didn’t work so I called them and they sent me another set. This is the definition of customer service.

Unbelievable bad experience. First 1 year ago bought the 85t, lasted 8 months then RHS went,crackling and wouldnt work took it back replaced it with the Elite Active 8. Bottom line replaced them 3 times in 2 months same issue crackling and not working. 2 the right side and now the 3rd the left side. That’s 4 sets in less than 12 months. Over it over them and would never buy again getting my money back today. Sooooo dissapointing… they should recall them all and start again and see if they can recover from this.

The devices work very well. However, being a novice, it would have been good to have some instructions on setting them up. I had to ask advice from a younger person who has one fo the Jabra ear buds.
