The devices work very well. However, being a novice, it would have been good to have some instructions on setting them up. I had to ask advice from a younger person who has one fo the Jabra ear buds.

Have an Elite Sport, works great. As the battery degrade after 10 years use, bought Elite 8 Active. However, the new one had noise and connection issue with right side after 4 months and can't be solved with online self-service trouble shooter. Sent back for warranty and got a new pair, but after 1 month start to show same issue on left side. Solved with online self-service trouble shooter. Will send back to warranty again if same issue reappears in the future.
They did not help me, the product is defective but I cannot exchange it. I am not satisfied, I will not choose Jabra again.

In general the support was amazing, but in comparison quality of the product to the price of the product im not really satisfied.
Actually normally really good products, but since I moved from Evolve 85 to Evolve2 85, the user experience has plummeted. The evolve2 is so much worse. It's unstable (reboots mid-call) and the "on/off" is less intuitive than the previous version. But the worst is that people tells me my voice is harder to hear, even though this has a mic! And you can't hear your own voice, so you feel like you are always muted. Worst upgrade unfortunately, as the Evolve 85 was excellent.

Produkte sind gut, aber Support ist leider nicht das was man von einem Hersteller dieser Größe erwarten sollte. Einfaches ändern einer Rechnungsadresse nicht möglich. Ein entgegenkommen ist nicht zu erwarten. Hier ist halt ein Supportteam per ausgelagerter Telefonhotline am Werk, dass keinerlei Kulanz zeigt oder auch darf. Daher auf keinen Fall direkt beim Hersteller kaufen, sondern eher über Händler. So leider nur ein Stern. Danke für die Antwort, aber einen Tag nach Kauf sollte so etwas noch möglich sein. Im Zweifel eine Rücknahme und wieder Verkauf. Habe auch mal im Verkauf gearbeitet, aber wenn sie sich hinter vorgefertigten Antworten verstecken wollen werde ich wohl kein Fan mehr von Jabra.
Fairly decent quality initially, but after a year or so the battery life of the buds dropped quite significantly. After 18 months the right bud would randomly stop working, could get back working by following on-line tips from Reddit (not Jabra). Right bud completely stopped working after 2 1/2 years when they were out of warranty. If you have these or thinking about getting them, I would be sure to report any faults as soon as they start as it seems to be a fairly common occurrence that once they start acting up, they'll be dead within a year.
Forvent ikke at produktet holder mere end et par år. Så når garantien er udløbet er de lige til skraldespanden.
Købte for 11 mdr siden et headset fra denne producent i Elgiganten. Jeg henvender mig til Jabra, fordi jeg oplever forringelse af lyd i det venstre earplug. Modtager vejledning om nulstilling og da det ikke virker, skriver jeg tilbage og modtager vejledning om ombytning. Jeg kan på tirsdag afhente mit nye headset i en pakkeshop. En service Elgiganten ville ha brugt 14 dage på. Yderst tilfreds!
