I purchased a suit online, but when it was received the colour did not match the colour on the website. When I called to ask to exchange the suit for another colour I was told I needed to return the suit and reorder another one. Unfortunately in the 1 week from the original purchase the price of the suit has gone from £70.00 to £110.00, and Jacamo refuse to honour the original purchase price

Cancelled my order and credit account with no notice or explanation (read previous reviews, has happened to others so don't rely on Jacamo if you need clothes for an upcoming occasion) . Had to email them and they still wouldn’t give a reason - I’m sorry, but we can’t accept your order right now. When you ordered, we did a quick credit assessment again using the information from the first credit check. We’ve now decided that as this time we won't be able to provide you with a credit account anymore. So, we’ve had to cancel your order and close your credit account. There may be a few reasons why we can’t let you have a credit account. We can’t give you the exact reason. - - - - My credit rating is good so I have no idea what they are talking about. As others have said, their sizing is so out you need to order the size each side of your size as well and hope one out the 3 fits, quality of designer brands doesn't seem on par with other shops either. I would stick to more reputable companies to be honest.

Opened an account on 6th April. Got limit of £250 to spend. Ordered some items. Waited 10 days to be despatched, but order got cancelled. Decided to order some different items, cancelled again and they closed my account. Another scammers.! Do not recommend to use them as most likely you get nothing, just waste your time.

The sizing is miles off stated sizes which is frustrating as it’s always a gamble and you invariably have to send half the items back. The prices are not very good value for money but occasionally you can get a bargain.

£100 order currently costs £400

Purchased a set of items with a discount code, their sizing is random and the clothes when they arrived were too big. Fair enough, ordering clothes online is hard and is to be expected. You can't exchange with Jacamo you have to return and in the mean time place another order and wait 14 days for their returns process to be completed. Frustratingly the discount code no longer works and one of the sale items is no longer on sale so my original £100 order is now around £150. I have been told they will honor and refund the difference once dispatched, fantastic! So they place another order for £150 but my old delivery address is on there - so once again I contact them straight after the order is processed to get them to ship to my billing address. I was told this can't be done but I can ask Evri to deliver to a safe place and go and get the parcel ... from a house I no longer live in or near (customer service scripts!!) The next option was to place yet another order (£150) and they will cancel this order in a few days. So my £100 order is currently costing £400+ ... I know I will eventually get all the refunds but in 2024 it is the most frustrating e-commerce experience. The customer service are all outsourced and on scripts and quick response buttons so no empathy and looking at it have no access to order management systems Jacamo have. Their distributors 100% would be able to make simple changes like address changes. Jacamo do you employ UX teams? Offer an exchange portal, offer basic admin changes like change of delivery. The cost of your outsourced customer service to deal with the amount of frustrated customers that can't do these basic online changes surely will be better spent on creating these self-service portals .. surely?

Custumer service useless, no next day delivery as i paid for it

Custumer service useless, paid for next day delivery, but didn't received next day, custumer service reply was, because i choosed click and collect instead home delivery, even if i paid for it i will get my parcel in 3-5 working days . Doesn't say anywhere on site or before checkout about it. On checkout got option for next day delivery, same with click and collect option

Worst experience ever .

Worst experience ever . Given 500 pound credit , I then ordered some items The 500 credit was revoked ( that's fine) So I asked for my account to be closed which I was told it was ( this was done prior to any good being sent to me - 24 hours prior ) Then I've got an email to say my goods are being delivered soon even so I cancelled them and have no credit due to it being unaffordable. Now I am being told if I want to return it I need to wait in from 8 am to 8pm on a working day and basically take a day off work and loose £300 No thank you. Your mistakes x3 Absolute disgrace I was going to use them in the future but their staff just keep making mistakes .

First time used jacamo and the last, orderd a pair of jeans wrong size so sent them back useing Evri shop on 17/3/24 it's now 21/3/24 and although Evri tracking says it deliverd to them on the 19/3/24 and after 30 minuets getting through to a Lady who was no help whatsoever she just said they had no trace of them and I had to wait 10 days befor they would entertain any other action. This is the worst comany I have used in a long time.

Had 3 fraud attacks in 2 days

Had 3 fraud attacks in 2 days, 2 were on my account and one where an account was opened using my details. All three reported and absolutely no communication back, not even an acknowledgement that they're looking into it. When it comes to fraud and identity theft they need to take it seriously and acknowledge its stressful to be the victim and as such they need to be open with comms. As soon as this is resolved I will be closing my account.

FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT - DECEMBER 2022

My partner is the victim of a fraudulent account. An account was opened in his name in December 2022. Two items were received, some sort of kids ipad and a bottle of womens perfume. My partner contacted Jacamo several times and asked them to collect the items as he had never ordered them. He also contacted his bank who informed him to not give any personal information over to Jacamo. He then received an invoice for over £400 for these 2 items plus 2 childrens jackets, which he never received. Despite umpteen calls to Jacamo they have never collected the two items he still has boxed up. Now he has received a demand for payment from a debt collection agency. I spoke to the agency for over an hour yesterday asking if the itiems could just be collected. All they advised was I contact Action Fraud and report it and get a crime number. Also they will send a letter and questionaire for completion for them to investigate which they say will take around 8 weeks. Having just read someone else's experience on Trustpilot regarding a fraudulent account and they have waited the 8 weeks and reported it to Action Fraud and still after all this time nothing has been done. I understand Jacamo is part of J D Williams, I think the company could do with an investigation on themselves. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Length of Garments ?

Have used extensive the past, however, Jacamo never indicate the length of most garments which is off putting for tall men. Where an item is shown as long there is still no clear length of the item no matter what it is. My analogy is why show body size?...length equally critical for most tall chaps. Other branded sites do show this and easier to order online.

Opened an account with them a week ago placed an order with them only for them to cancel it 10 minutes later. To be clear I have other JD Williams based accounts since this account is underwritten by JD Williams and I've never missed a payment all of the depth has been paid off every month without fail. There is absolutely no excuse for them to give you a ledger account and then decide that they're not going to Honor anything when you actually go and place in order with them. What's even funnier they send all these messages out these emails telling you that your account is there and to use it that's so funny because when you try to use it you can't. To be clear used catalogues and credit cards more to rebuild credit as I spent over a year and a half in hospital receptor senior half of which was in a coma and unfortunately that destroyed my credit and for the most part my life. Jacamo is a company you should avoid. I should have read the reviews before signing up.

Fraudulent Account - Customer Services do not care

I have been the victim of identity fraud and an account was opened in my name. I reported this to Jacamo immediately and was told they would deal with the matter. Also reported to Action Fraud and all the relevant Credit agencies etc., 8 weeks on and this matter has still not been resolved- customer services are awful and you are unable to speak to a manager or the Fraud Team. I have made an official complaint but do not hold out much hope of a response let alone confirmation that the matter has been dealt with and the fake account closed. Do not use this company they are appalling and do not care - I only hope they look after their genuine customers better as they are dreadful.

Accepted for a credit limit made a purchasr then all of a sudden order cancelled and credit account removed from my account. It took for me to actually contact jacamo to find out what had happen. They lure you in an then cut you down

Awful - They used to be so good, but have totally lost the plot. The prices are high, the quality low, the delivery service unreliable as they use EVRI and the customer service is terrible. My last 2 orders were disastrous and I won’t be back. If you’re a big guy check out bad rhino instead. My most recent order was meant to be delivered last Saturday, paid for next day delivery, items never arrived and they refuse to refund me because the parcel is lost in transit so could technically still turn up, even though a week later I don’t want the items any more, the order before had holes in the pockets of two pairs of chinos and the jacket was paper thin and ripped the first time I wore it.
