Beautiful fabrics and easy return policy. I ordered two different outfits to assess fit and colors. I ended up returning both of the Try on outfits and ordering two more.
Ware war okay, schöne Farbe, Schnitt saß nicht und zu lang. Kleid kostete 120€ + 26€ Versand. Rückversand muss ich selbst tragen mit 7€ und restock fee von 10% also 12€ in top. Ich habe 147€ bezahlt und bekomme 108€ erstattet. So hat JJsHouse aber dennoch verdient, den die Material- und Herstellungskosten werden kaum drüber liegen. Also einmal Lehrgeld bezahlt.
The selection & styles of dresses were outstanding and the size chart made it easy for purchasing an accurate dress size. The product was exactly as indicated, well made and fit perfectly!
I paid £456 for 4 Bridesmaid dresses, when they arrived they were shoved into a tiny box so every dress was thoroughly creased. The material was not as per my ordered sample, the quality of the dresses was poor lots of loose threads and the zips did not fasten properly. Very disappointed as after reading reviews thought they would be a good company caused me alot of stress and worry. To top it off they have only offered me £378 as a refund £77 for postage and re-stocking fee for dresses that were of poor quality and not as advertised - Very unfair have written to the company no replay as yet.
Great customer service. The try on dress option is a perfect answer to finding the right dress and size without spending a lot of time and money. I found exactly what worked for me in this process. The dresses arrived quickly and were so easy to return. The ordering process and the quality of the dress I purchased for my son’s wedding was so easy. I am thrilled with the dress, the soft chiffon fabric, the cut and the feel of it on my body. I just love how it looks on me. Can’t wait to wear it!

2 jurken besteld met 17 euro verzendkosten. Eenmaal aangekomen is het super slechte kwaliteit. Deze jurken waren echt prijzig en waren nog geen 5 euro waard. Ik wilde het retour sturen blijkt dat de retour kosten 7 euro zijn dus ik snap niet waarom de verzendkosten 10 euro meer zijn en dat je ook geld moet betalen om te retourneren per jurk. Dus uiteindelijk ben ik 34 euro kwijt voor niks. Ik heb een slechte revieuw geplaats op hun website bij de jurken en die tonen ze ook niet! Koop nooit hier een jurk echt zo een slechte kwaliteit en service!
Never order from this company. Their returns policy is shocking and disgusting. I returned all the items from my order and only received half the refunded amount. The dresses were a bad fit and poor quality. Please please don't order from here!!!!!! You will be throwing your money away.
