Gorgeous bags but absolutely terrible quality! I have a hardly used bag that’s around 18 months old that is falling apart, the edging started coming off when the bag was only about 3 months old and then the handle snapped off at the weekend, I contacted customer services and was offered a £10 voucher!! £10 for an £85 bag not even 2 years old!! They should be taking my bag back to inspect the faults with it and giving me a full refund! Needless to say I declined the voucher and will be throwing my bag in the bin!

Choulder strap came of, leather bit break on the bag after using it ower a year. Rarely use it, mainly on holidays..... not worth the money.
I was in contact with customer service a while ago because of problems with free shipping not being free. I was told it was a malfunction in the system so they offered a refund if the problem wasn’t solved after one working day. It wasn’t so after ordering the bag I’ve been looking at forever I emailed customer service and let them know the problem was still there. Within 24-hours of the email I had a refund and a we’re sorry about the trouble email. Now I’m eagerly awaiting the bag. Great customer service!
Great communication! I mistakingly ordered a bag without initials, so I emailed asking if they could be added. JLR replied quickly, made the necessary changes and it was despatched the next day. I’m looking forward to receiving and gifting my order.

I love my new Johnny Loves Rosie Bag. It's beautiful! I was looking for a non leather bag and this brand is awesome! I get compliments all the time. A great Bag for a great price! The delivery was also very fast. I live in Florida and it only took a few days. Love the Bag and the company!
My friend had a lovely bag from here so decided to copy her Not received my order yet but I love the look of it so far ordered a black cross body and really wanted a key ring bow, couldn't see one on the site I contacted them and a lovely lady called Kelly replied straight away saying that they would find me one and match it to my bag quick and very helpful response can't wait to receive it

The worst product I have ever purchased online. The medium tote bag is not as advertised. Very small bag and the leather is like paper towel. Wasn’t worth the price. Won’t be recommending it. (:.
Ordered from JLR but was just underwhelmed when my bag arrived. I didn't think the quality was good enough for the price paid. The lining was poor in my opinion. The product was well packed but was just OK, it didn't make me feel like I was really pleased or would look forward to using it.
They make it seem like a high quality bag online and in the videos. Please do not order, very cheap and flimsy material for the tote bag. Buy one from primark, it’s better quality and a lot cheaper
Just had a wonderful experience with Kelly in the customer service team. The item I wanted was out of stock and Kelly took it upon herself to email my when one arrived back as a return before releasing it again onto the website. I bought my second bag and i love this one too! They are so stylish and love the accesories and the option to put your initials on it!
I love the style of the bag alot the only thing is because its is a light colour on one side the stitching isn't straight abit wonky and on one of the straps the stitching has come away. Noticed that after a couple of day of receiving my bag.i couldn't be hassled to return the bag.
I ordered a bag before my honeymoon (last minute) and realised I needed it soon as possible. I got In touch with Kelly at JLR who helped arrange other means of delivery options so I can get it sorted and was quick to answer my emails the same day and sort delivery the next day! My first Johnny Loves Rosie bag and I am really impressed. It was ordered on Pre-Order but arrived with 7 days of release date, it came with 2 additional straps which I hadn't realise was included but adds the extra versatility to the bag. Leather is soft and the personalisation is perfect. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
