I had a ring that had a small diamond to be replaced. Alison said it would be 3 weeks and it was more like 5 to 6 weeks. Once ring was ready and I put it on the next day, diamond missing but luckily found inside plastic bag. I called on Saturday, left a message, never a call back. Trying a new jeweler.
The service was fuss free. I chose and paid for my ring which arrived in a few days and was exactly as described. Thank you.

Could not believe the quality of the ring I bought. To say it was 2nd hand you'd have no clue. Obviously testament to the in-house refurbishment and quality control. I would not hesitate to buy again from this store.
I have purchased two rings from Jolly's now, and have been delighted with both of them. I would sometimes prefer a bit more detail/more photos, but have no doubt about the quality of the rings themselves. Delivery was quick and I liked the payment options. I will certainly be buying more from this company.
The ring I ordered was not available so they rang me and suggested other options. They also gave me discount for the inconvenience. The staff were very helpful.
the website was really easy to use and responsive and gave really clear and representative pictures of the item of jewellery i ordered. The order was dispatched very quickly, just a slight shame that 'Royal Mail' could not meet the 'by 1pm the next day delivery'! I will definitely look to Jollys Jewellers when considering future purchases.
