Ordered a Seder Plate which arrived well packaged. When I went to use it a piece of the pattern broke off the plate leaving the “aluminum”(?) the plate itself was made of exposed. Then I noticed several places on the edges that were not well glued. Contacted Judaica and received a reply of we will get back to you which has not, as yet, occurred. Very disappointed.
What I had ordered came well and intact and with haste.

I enjoy the pieces I purchased from your website however I would have appreciated an explanation that the jewelry was very thin and susceptible to being bent with everyday use.. it took nearly three weeks to arrive and there should be better shipping information for me before I made the purchase.
