The little juicer "shine" that I bought from Juicers.ie was a delightful surprise and arrived in shorter time than expected. Efficient machine for its price-class! Moreover it is easy to use, and to clean. The perfect juicer for a small size kitchen with limited space. Minimalistic with clean design. Very kind, professional and responsive customer support when I discovered that a piece of the machine was missing. I received it within a few days.

Juicers.ie has very fast delivery. They even called me 2 times. 1 time after the postman tried to deliver at my house (I was not home) so the called me, to make sure I knew where to pick up my package. 2 time after I have picked up my package, to be sure that everything was in order, and if i was satisfied. VERY GOOD SERVICE *****.

It’s been a month since I’ve bought a Kitchenaid and it hasn’t arrived yet. Obviusly I’m very disappointed with the delivery process. Poor comunication department. I have ordered from the official website on Monday and it will be home Friday, that’s what I’m talking about. Now it’s in Belgium, Friday will be in Barcelona. I don’t know why they are so slow with that but it’s something wrong in the way they work. PD: “There was an issue with the address which needed to be verified…” You confused the company name for the adress that I provided you in the first place, that was the “issue”. Seur tried to deliver the parcel without calling or contacting me to set an hour where I could be home, they never called me to know where I was actually at the time they attemted the delivery. Now they don’t know where the parcel is, and I know that because I called them, not because of you. Everything about you is quite disappointing.

I was happy to find this product available for sale in Ireland. The Cuisinart ice cream maker is an expensive machine, but once you use it and taste the ice cream, it is a keeper. AVOID BUYING HERE! This Company is scamming foreign customers. Forget about getting any help if a problem occurs. I’m a Portuguese customer who fell for their online ads here in Portugal and bought a kitchen aid machine for €600, they just forgot to mention, that they are not adjusting their products to the markets they are targeting, meaning I have a machine with a 3-plug, not a EU plug. Back and forth with the company, they don’t even accept my return and refuse to corporate about finding a solution. 1. They actively advertise and target EU countries in their marketing 2. They choose to ship to EU countries 3. They don’t mention anything about 3-pin plug in description, making the customer take it for granted that the company naturally is adapting their products to local standards where they are operating. The product was bought for a Christmas gift which made it impossible to figure out the issue within 2 weeks. Juicers.ie are ice cold and basically telling me to “shut up” and keep the product! They don’t care at all and are just misleading you completely. I’ll never be using this product. I don’t want to deal with a converter on a high end product - it takes quality away from the experience and just makes it not cool. I can tell from my conversations with the support team, that this company will not be supportive should any problem occur, so beware - I can’t recommend anyone to take chances with them. They are terrible and arrogant to speak with and their arguments are so poor. It's like talking to a child who can't understand common sense and definetly have no idea about their responsabilities as a company with B2C sales all over Europe. You have to adapt to local standards as a company, when choosing to operate and do sales abroad, but they completely fail to do so. I found this company only because they were pushing sales to Portugal via ads. Do they also avoid paying VAT abroad where they are operating? Thats their argument all the way through, they are IRISH, meaning they have no responsibilities whats so ever. Fraudsters is what they are. This company has lowest moral standards that I have ever seen. ___ Update: 15.1.2024 Juicers.ie say in their reply that they ship the product with an adaptor, which is not true. The product did not come with an adaptor. Juicers.ie has now finally accepted to take back the product and I have returned it to them.

I feel I am being scammed. I have ordered my juicers over three months ago. The first order never arrived. No evidence of any order coming through, no request of customs fees, no notice from the delivery of a failed attempt... When I contact customer service they ask me to pay again for shipping and will send me a new one as it looks it was returned to the depot. The second shipment again miraculously does not arrive. I work from home, there is no way I could miss a shipment when it said it would arrive. I have paid almost 600 euros for this juicer 3 months ago and now would like a refund and I am not getting anywhere. I don't know what's happening??? Has anyone had the same or similar experience. I am left without a refund and without the juicer. Please help.
