It’s easy to navigate and gives clear options and the dispatch/receipt of orders is very speedy. I usually receive goods in Hertfordshire, beautifully wrapped and boxed, within 2-3 days.

The garment is really nice and a perfect fit, but the best thing about the experience with JULES B is that I am as far from being a millionaire as you can get but when I received my package it really made me feel like one, the packaging is really top notch even sent in a lovely box, well done JULES B I'm hooked.
Update from my first and last experience the company are scammers I paid almost £400 expecting a gorgeous zadig jumper I got a parcel of someone’s left over dinner I am left with no money back no apology no jumper and the worst experience I have ever had with a company I really do warn anyone avoid or take caution you too could end up being scammed
I needed to return an item which I ordered online. I had some issues with the Royal Mail return portal, and the JB Customer Care team were very helpful and sorted out the issue immediately. My refund was also issued promptly. The only reason for not giving a 5/5 is that it took me two days to get hold of someone on the Customer Care telephone number.

Awful service, I bought 2 Paul Smith jumpers on 5th April for £175 and paid for next day delivery but I never received the parcels from their courier DPD. After numerous emails and phone calls they assured me I would finally get them on Friday 12th. I still haven’t received them and have just found out that they are on the way back to Jules B. Their customer services are great on the phone but don’t follow through with their assurances. I certainly will not be buying anything from them again.
