Was a repeat customer but after waiting 16 months for a watch, with untold calls and no response. Went to order another watch and was not happy with the service from customer service and had the call terminated for no reason. Called them back and got one excuse after another with no apology I’ve now refused to order from them again. And found Francis & Carye much more helpful and friendly to purchase my watches from.

Ya van más de 99 días y no han informado dónde fue enviado, quién lo recibió, nombre de persona de contacto para darle seguimiento. No obstante fue aplicado pago de compra del producto y del envío, no hay NADIE de Jura Watches que solucione lo obviamente señalado. Una total falta de criterio, parecería que no tienen la capacidad para esa actividad.

My watches turned up without the paperwork not impressed I have just spoken to a team member who was trying to speak above me, so rude! I pointed out that a CQ check should be carried out before send any shipments she said the watch did come with paperwork which is unbelievable. The last watch I bought from the was sent to me with the wrong paperwork passport (for a Graham Watch) They CAN check their records!!
A beautiful watch with a massive bezel and pleasing strap, time is easy to see.
I ordered a watch in February, it still hasn't arrived. I have been told on numerous occasions” the procurement team have confirmed that you have an allocation and it will be despatched on Monday “ or “Its bank holiday we have confirmed your watch is coming but it won't be there till tuesday” this is the 4th time I have heard these excuses A little transparency would go a long way, if I am told something is arriving I expect it to arrive. It wouldn't be as bad if I wasn't having to constantly chase it due to missed despatch dates. I felt sorry for the 2 girls I have spoken to as they sounded exhausted. I have contacted the manufacturer who said they have no issues with stock so they are unable to shed any light on what the issue is. So I am currently nearly 8 weeks in, no watch and no concrete answer as to when I will receive it.( last one I had was it may be here beginning of May but it could be mid May)I would cancel it but I feel too invested now 😁 If someone from Jura reads this and wants to give what looks like a generic response containing little to no detail , don't. Spend that time sourcing or finding my watch please 👍

Very unhappy with this so called family business, ordered an expensive Swiss watch ,5 weeks later after having paid a £500 deposit and chasing calling multiple times and never ONCE contactong me although prommising too I still had no delivery date. I fully understand that as a supplier they are at the mercy of there supplier however there is no reason to treat a customer making a once in a lifetime purchase of a £5000 watch ,, there is a real sense that once they have your money you are not important. I only became important once more after I threatened to cancel, this prompted them to finally actually contact me first for the first time which lead to them promising me lots of free gifts (which were actually already part of my deal as they were on offer as part of a sale which had obviously passed by the time it was actually sorted).

Excellent experience! After buying a watch I was told it was now out of stock, quickly received a phone call explaining the next steps either giving me a discount on the watch as I would need to wait a few weeks for a new one to come straight from the factory or opt for a different watch! Very flexible and great customer service
Already reviewed. Incorrectly listed items . Terrible customer service. Try to charge you double what a strap is worth and advertise it as a special limited strap - which it wasn’t.

Horrible experience. I purchased three items for quite a substantial amount. They delivered way later than what was promised, all items separately without communicating the delays or the reasons behind it. If I didn't call or emailed, I wouldn't have known why or what happened. And to add insult to injury, they declined a cashback pay through TopCashBack. AVOID like the plague.

The Sales and Finance Manager for Watches and Jewellery has helped to undo a potentially disappointing situation which was in danger of spiralling out of control. The Customer Services Manager had let me down quite badly by setting my expectations wrongly in order to make a sale. I was left without a watch which was ordered apparently some time ago but in fact never materialised. The watch was worth thousands of pounds and I was very worried when it did not arrive. Thank goodness for the Sales and Finance Manager who came to help me today Three cheers for Joshua Parfitt !!! hip hip hooray
Placed an order on 2nd April, and the website didn’t clearly state out of stock. After asking for an update I had two emails. One saying that delivery timescale was week commencing 15th April and another saying that a restock would be happening week commencing 15th April. I am still waiting, unsure when or whether the watch will ever be dispatched. Incredible disappointing especially from a seller that seems to reputable. Probably should have just gone directly to Garmin.
