Ordered face moisturizer, opened and it has zero protection seal, after using the cream once, I have noticed absolutely horrible smell of the expired product. It’s not the first time Im using this cream, and it has no smell at all originally. Contacted support, where I’ve been told that they can’t help me as product was used,no return no refund. It’s not my first cosmetic purchase,I know that you can’t return opened products,but it’s not that I changed my mind, it’s the product which stinks like it was opened for few years,especially as there was no foil protection. Horrible customer service and the attitude to the customer.

Item arrived without hygiene wrap customer service no help at all would not return without me paying postage. Item is no good as it’s a present and can’t give with no plastic wrap on it! Will never buy from this site again
Accepted my order and took payment then emailed me 5 days later that it has been refunded no explanation???

Please do not use this company I ordered over £100 worth of stuff. It said Royal Mail had delivered which I didn't receive. Contacted customer service who have been useless they have fobbed me off for over 3 months saying the parcel has been delivered. If it's been delivered then Royal Mail has left it somewhere they shouldn't off and just my look need to investigate and claim off Royal Mail and refund my money. Once they have your money they just aren't interested. PLEASE DO NOT USE
