Second purchase of Just Sheepskin boots for my partner. Replacing a pair that have lasted about 10 years and only replacing because the sole has worn through. Website quick and easy to use. Delivery was prompt, actually a day earlier than estimate. Comparing the product to the older version and it’s obvious that they are not of the same quality. Materials not as good, processing not as good (e.g. the wool quality is not a patch on the original pair in terms of thickness and softness). Soles are just glued in whereas originals were stitched and glued. Would have preferred to get the originals re-soled but there doesn’t appear to be any kind of aftersales options.
Great product as always. This is the 6 pair of slippers I have purchased from you. I am only a size 7 and from your web site it appears you are stopping producing this size in men’s slippers. Is this correct ??? Thanks for a great product
This is the third pair of slpper boots I have had so warm. Bought slippers for my son and told friends how good they are. Well worth the money as I get several winters out of them. Fast delivery. Many thanks for lovely warm toasty feet.

Service was excellent as was the quality of the slippers. Unfortunately they were too tight for me so had to return them but the exactly same pair which I bought two years ago are still going strong after constant wear.

Ordered 2 pairs in my size and one didn’t fit at all so I had to return. The pair I’ve kept (Louise) are lush! I’ve been ordering slippers from JS for years and have noticed that, since they’ve changed their soles, they don’t last nearly as long. I’ve not found any others that look and feel as nice so this probably won’t be the last pair.
