Watch part “choosing”, not “watch building” - disappointed
If you want to experience building a watch, then don’t go to their “watch building experience” which is just an appointment to choose a watch case (movement and hands already installed) and pick a strap. The appointment started a little late as they had a “walk-in” just before. You’re paying quite a lot of money for not a lot of choice, and mostly quartz (only two models today had automatic movements which cost hundreds of pounds more for off the shelf Miyota movements - please Google for yourself how much a Miyota 8215 costs.) I thought I was paying for an experience, not a watch with ten seconds of assembly by the staff. However, the two staff were friendly and did a good job which was the redeeming feature relative to my expectations. PLEASE change the word “building” to something else less misleading, or change your website page to state that the watch is already built, apart from attaching the strap of your choice. - I shall finish with a positive which is that the quartz watch and leather strap I selected were very nice and not bad value overall.
