I bought the Heli down jacket recently and it's great. I mainly use it for walking the hills with the dog/family. It's really light weight but warm great for the cold mornings
As a loyal customer for the past 15 years, I have to say that I am very disappointed that Kathmandu recommends the scam travel insurance company World Nomads. I was scammed following your recommendation. Most of my outdoor equipment are from Kathmandu which I bought in NZ and also in the UK during my big OE. Unfortunately, some of these items were stolen in Barcelona on 6 Jan 2020. Filed claim with World Nomads and they turned out to be a scam. An absolute shame that my favourite outdoor goods company recommended scam travel insurance. Kathmandu should do some research before putting your name on the line - read the customer reviews on World Nomads (most of the good reviews are made by people who did not have to make a claim). An absolute shame.
I purchased a duck down coat. The transaction was smooth, the quality of the coat was good and I’d buy from there again. It was also a quick delivery. The customer service team were quick to reply to my email query. I was nervous about the negative reviews, but didn’t experience anything negative myself.
