company doesn’t care about you or the quality of their products.
I ordered swaddle wraps before my baby was born. Once the baby arrived I went to use them and the quality was awful. They can’t be used in a safe way for baby to sleep in. I reached out to see if they could extend their return policy and denied any worthwhile solution - they just repeated their policy. Sad to see that a company making baby products that most people buy in advance of a baby being born has such an inflexible policy. Total waste of money!
