Put a 1 star review about the milk and it's been removed off the website. My little boy was very poorly on this milk bad wind, constipation this was on the stage 1 milk and comfort. I changed to aptimil and my baby has been a new baby!!

We used kendamil.com for a kendamil comfort subscription, it was okay… the first subscription I had to cancel. The priority shipping still takes several days, which I didn’t realise at first. So I had to get some emergency from boots! But the staff were happy enough to cancel and refund me my money. The following month I’d managed to plan everything so we didn’t run out and everything was smooth, but now my little boy has decided to be allergic to cows milk protein so I’m stuck with 4 tins of the comfort milk🤦♀️ overall, I would recommend but just takes a bit of time to get into the swing of the subscription coming before you run out!
The whole process from ordering to delivery is efficient and convenient. My order was shipped in multiple packages to ensure timing.

Website is easy to navigate and was able to purchase the exact products that have been unavailable in the supermarkets for weeks. Once ordered, the items arrived within the week. My baby now enjoys her breakfast again!

I placed quite a large order for my nephew, when my sister received the order all of the porridge boxes where dated Aug 2024, under 6 months. I contacted customer service right away, they asked for photos (although it would be nice if they made note of the batch numbers or anything to avoid having to feel like your lying and need to prove the date on the boxes). I emailed back with the requested photos two days ago, not yet heard anything back.
Great quality formula milk (my premie son had a lot of tummy issues even after leaving hospital and this was the best formula milk I found for him - especially the goat one). Lovely customer service too.
We love Kendamil! The flavoured porridges are a firm favourite and it’s so reassuring knowing our daughter is getting all the goodness from her milk
I have been using kendamil milk and then other products since my boy was born, now he is 11 months. I have never faced an issue with their products. I would highly recommend, i would say in my knowledge that is the best baby milk in the market

Kendamil delivery is so shockingly slow, do you not understand that babies need to eat? I’ve recently moved my baby over to goat formula as we became aware he was intolerant to cows milk. I ordered days and days ago and it hasn’t arrived, so now I’m going to have to give him cows milk formula again and endure days of screaming!
Drops didn’t do anything and they’re very expensive especially during a cost of living crisis.
The website is easy to use, all the information you need is available. Delivery was as expected.
