Pre ordered the Khyam tent and it arrived earlier than the delivery date. Very pleased with their service, looking forward to trying out the tent next month

First time using the tent and we had an issue with one of the zips in the sleeping pod. Filed a warranty claim online, a new pod was dispatched the same day arriving by fedex 2 days later. Absolutely superb customer services.
After sales service is first class. I had a problem with a couple of poles for my awning. After contacting kyham it was sorted the next day. Great service
Good product as promised. Only issue was that delivery was a bit haphazard as we were notified it was coming one day so arranged to stay in, only to be told that day it was delayed so had to arrange for somebody to be in the next day also.
The email i received appeared to blame me for the zip. When actually it was poor workmanship as this was the first time we had taken it out of the packaging and used it. Also i emailed re issues around attachment , i asked for a visual aid re attachment onto my california on the side where i already have an awning and the door . I received no instruction or visual aid for this . After receiving the reply from kyham, the service to actually use the warranty was very difficult, i ended up filling in each section photographing it and then emsiling attaching each photograph of warranty form just so i could get the comany to pick it up. And as for cotton coming away, my photos of the zip showed no cotton as the quality control does not appear to have been done sufficiently as i said prior, this was the first time out of packaging when we used the awning and using zip for first time when we where about to drive away, the zip cam off the end and i sawxno loose cotton, it just hadnt been finished off properly . And of course i will email help lone for a visual aid, although i had already put this in an email and no one has sent this on for further assistance knowing it was an issue. Further to ur acknowledgement, i have not once said that you took too long to fix the problem never mentioned this at all. But i do have copies of the email i sent on 24th and 26th of march to Nick, i woukd be more than happy to send them to you if you send me an email address as i do not know who i am speaking to.
We have dealt with Khyam several times over the years, having visited their trade stand at a camping exhibition, and liked what we saw. The products are second-to-none in quality. The company is so easy to deal with, and only this week replaced an item lost by the carrier, without quibble. Website good too - though contact details are sketchy if you want to contact them about a lost delivery.
I haven't used my awning yet, but I love the design, and Khyam shipped it really quickly - I was impressed with this and their communication.

Excellent given There were some supply issues last year but they have been very good and pragmatic re this seasons product so I am very happy
We went to the nec show to buy a new tent, the outdoor revolution was the target. Looking around all the tents it was when we walked onto the khyam stand that a wow moment happened to all 4 of us, the khyam dalamere 8. Not being hasty we continued on looking at all the big tents but kept coming back to khyam. The help from the crew was amazing couldnt do enough for us especially nick. His knowledge and explanations sealed the deal for us. Tent arrived in time for easter weekend in anglesea. Thanks wayne and lisa king
Their new side panels weren't compatible with my existing awning, but because I had pre-ordered them some time ago, they replaced my existing awning with a new one that was compatible with the new sides. Excellent service. I cannot fault them.
I had a problem with the ventilation flaps on a Privvy Bivvy bought three years ago and Khyam adapted the fastenings at their factory free of charge.This is fantastic customer service and I was kept informed about what was happening all the time. This was really appreciated, thank you.
Previously ordered sections of a sun canopy and made a pre order for the final part. Due to this I was given a discount code. I was notified later that the pre ordered section would not match the other parts previously ordered and therefore new sections would be sent out at no cost to myself. Khyam have always kept me up to date with delivery and any delays. Any problems they have sorted with excellent customer service.
5 star service for being able to turnaround spare pole delivery next day and enabled weekend camping to happen.

Met Khyam at the NEC caravan and camping show in Feb. I’d recently bought a campervan and was looking to see in person the drive away awnings I had on my list. Id not seen any of Khyma’s awnings until the show. After having a good look at the others it was clear the quality was far superior than anything else ! I also chose the Spruce 4.0 bundle which ticked all my boxes, and more. I have a dog so a Large porch area with doors each side was a must as I need space for drying her off when wet and 2 doors will be better. Large lounge area and a 4 berth bedroom which obviously I can use for storage as well, also black out! The awning has arrived but I haven’t had chance to put it up, waiting for good weather ! If you’ve not seen Kyma’s awnings yet then do so before you decide on anything. Very professional, non pushy, helpful.
