Package arrived very quickly, nicely packed and in good condition. I ordered the wrong size and I was able to return the shoes and re-order. I was refunded promptly and I now have my new shoes in the correct size. All very efficient. Would happily use Kickers again.

What added to the disappointment was that the shoes had never been worn, yet there was no refund provided. Spending £200 on shoes that are now unworn and unusable was a significant letdown. The lack of assistance and professionalism in this situation has left me with shoes that nobody can wear and a considerable financial loss. Terrible service

Laces splayed within a day. The returns label didn’t scan properly at the post office and I had to pay for the returns. Not happy with the purchased product and the associated customer service. My son is without his uniform shoes till we don’t get the replacement items. Thanks
