You sold me shoes, took the money from my account and then let me know a week later that you didn't have them in stock. Why don't you know what you have in stock when you take the order?

Delivered quickly and on time. No issues.
Ordered last year and had various issues - with no response to emails and 3 weeks waiting for order. I finally raised PayPal dispute and it was only then that they got in touch. The order arrived 2 weeks later. The item was good quality and I do like the brand. I decided to try another purchase and the exact same situation is playing out. No replies to emails. Expected delivery date past so I've had to raise another dispute. ** Update ** After raising the dispute with bank - got an email the same day from Kswiss saying items out of stock and the entire order being refunded. Only one item out of the 4 things ordered is out of stock - nonetheless - whole order cancelled. Overall I will not use K-swiss again. As I said above the products are good quality etc but the ordering, delivery and customer contact process is extremely poor. This has happened twice now with poor communication and it seems that it is only when a dispute is raised with PayPal or the bank that Kswiss take action and reply. Poor.

I wote a poor review a while ago about their service on Trustpilot and as expected they have not replied.kswiss taken my money and I have received nothing, I have tried to contact them 7 times with no reply. KSWISS if you read this please give me my trainers or my money back!!!!!

Have five pair of K Swiss trainers. Have just bought a pair of brown suade effect ones recently. I was always an Adidas fan, especially when I was able to play sports. I always found adidas hard wearing an comfortable. Then I discovered K Swiss. I know it's a personal choice but K Swiss are so much more. Comfort, style and quality of the highest. My first pair of K Swiss are over 10 years old and I have walked up and down mountain sides and through all sorts of weather conditions and still use these on a regular basis. Amazing durability.

This is the Worst service I have ever experienced from a supposedly reputable company such as yourselves. I have sent you three emails requesting an answer as to whether or not I could return my shoes and you have not replied to one. I have also tried to phone you every day for 2 weeks only to be cut off and told to call later! All I wanted to do was exchange my shoes for a different model with a more built up insole but it has been impossible to connect with a human!
