Placed order online which was easy enough with next day delivery (which isn’t next day btw) Item was a birthday present so thought ordering 8 days before his birthday was more than enough time Order delayed. When contacted via chat to try and sort the so called next day delivery slot was 5 days away meaning too late Order cancelled as they cannot deliver in time and try to find another company who can Just disappointed

I cannot knock the experience of buying from Laptops Direct. I purchased a Samsung A54 because of the cost and access to a good camera and video. Purchasing was fine and smooth. The phone arrived a lot quicker than I thought. I was not in at the time but the driver came back the following day. Kept up to date with messages and emails. So good experience.

Bought a refurbished laptop with 2 year warranty. Bought software to load onto it and set it all up but found that the battery does not hold any charge - frustrated by their customer service as they will not send out a replacement batter but instead we have to return the laptop - which they want to do a full install - which means we lose our product licence as it was a download key. All we need is a replacement battery - surely this is a cheaper option to try first. Not impressed with customer service so far - whataspp number does not seem to work and the text messaging is intermittant.
Had exactly the machine we required, Lenovo refurbished. Laptop was in great condition as advertised. Next day delivery as promised via DPD.

Paid for a dedicated delivery date so that the employee was home to take delivery of a work laptop. Delivery turns up over the weekend instead when no one was home. Parcel apparently left on the doorstep when it was not supposed to be left at all. Laptops direct investigating, still not heard back from anyone and have a new employee unable to work from home as they do not have a the laptop.
Very poor service, I bought a Apple Watch got a call thanking me for the order and saying my item will be dispatched soon, 3 weeks passed no delivery so I called and was the item is not in stock but they took the payment on day of the order and no communication to say my item is not in stock, just a ploy to hold on to customers money
I got a follow up call from a real human to check everything was as it should be.

I loved the fact I could order the pc I wanted which was a great price versus competitors and what clinched it for me was that the ordering process was quick, simple and I could collect the next day as like most people I'm not in for a delivery. Picking up the pc was easy and the staff are helpful and not pushy. All in all a great experience. Would fully recommend.
