Worst delivery and customer service! I have order and step stool which is the last one and I got it with discount and place the order with click and collect near my home, the day after I received an email said it was too big for click and collect and changed to home delivery but she didn’t reconfirmed the address to with me, she sent it to Birmingham and I have moved out from Birmingham already! I called them for an redirection but she promised that they could re diverted to my correct address but now she said there is no re diverting but only wait for the stock back again I need to order it myself, I have wait for over a week and might lose the discount price! What a disappointing service!

Worst delivery service ever! It’s been 16 days (12wroking days) since my order and I still do not have even an update or notice that these will be delivered any day soon. Disappointing
Wonderful bedding selection and both arrived in good time too. Bedding is good quality and colours are fresh and bright. Lovely to jump into bed!

Ordered some shoes for my granddaughters birthday but they took over a week to arrive and they were the wrong size so I was very disappointed will probably wait until she grows into them rather than return them as God knows how long that would take .

My experience with La Redoute was predominantly good as I have come to expect after several years of purchasing online with them. Excellent quality products and easy transaction. I have taken a star off for this review as part of my recent order was badly packaged; it was a fragile vase which had no additional wadding to protect it from damage. The flimsy cardboard box it arrived in was torn. Fortunately the vase remained intact.

Ich habe einen wunderschönen Eckschreibtisch bei La Redoute erworben. Er sieht wirklich hübsch aus und der Aufbau war sehr leicht. Leider gibt der Tisch einen sehr starken, unangenehmen Geruch von sich. Seit drei Tagen steht dieser chemische,beißende Geruch in der Wohnung. Durch Wischen, Reinigen und Lüften wird es leider nicht besser. Man möchte gar nicht wissen, welche Chemikalien hier eingesetzt wurden. Schade,werde ihn wahrscheinlich zurücksenden müssen.
Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 05.04.2024 e non le ho mai ricevute. Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti, non hanno saputo fornirmi una spiegazione. Ho dovuto richiamare più volte sia la redoute che il corriere per capire che il pacco è stato perso. Sto ancora aspettando il rimborso.
