Primo ordine non andato bene perché ordinato il 01/02/2024 e consegnato a Torino (dicono loro) il 06/02/2024, aspetto ancora un paio di giorni ma non arriva niente, apro pratica PayPal, gli fanno controllare e mi rispondono che praticamente è tornato da loro a causa di un guasto durante il trasporto, mi chiedono se desidero che rispediscono, non mi fido e chiedo il rimborso che ho ricevuto dopo una lunga attesa Il 16/02/2024 provo di fare un altro ordine però il 19/02/2024 mi comunicano la cancellazione scusandosi cosi:"I am afraid, we are unable to ship this item to you as our courier will not accept the parcel to be sent to your shipping location due to the size and weight of the parcel." Sembra non idoneo per paesi UE, comunque servizio clienti = baggianate Non vale la pena
I absolutely love La roc eyeshadow palette they are so pigmented and they have amazing selection of colours in them and very affordable
Glitters are so highly pigmented such nice buttery matte shades unreal palettes

Excellent products & customer service. One of the organisers was damaged, but once LaRoc were notified they arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
