The style and quality of Lavish Alice dresses are anlways amazing! I did have a small issue with a return but this was resolved within a matter of minutes after I had emailed and I have had outstanding service since! I can’t wait to keep ordering from Lavish Alice.
The dresses quality is really gorgeous. I have returned 2 separate orders now to Lavish Alice in March and I have been trying to get my refund on josh. I have filled in 2 online requests now and nobody ever answers you. What is it going to take for them to give me my refund. I’m feeling frustrated. What a pity as there dresses are beautiful.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My refund has still not been issued! I was told it will up to 15 working days. It’s now been 16 working days and no refund has been issued. I’m not getting any responses from the customer service. They are leaving me with no choice than to obtain legal advice to take this further.
A massive thank you to Tarek for his exceptional service! After I mistakenly ordered nearly £400 worth of items to my old address, I was in a panic. Despite being told by two team members that my order couldn't be cancelled or the address changed, Tarek stepped in and saved the day. I haven’t ordered off Lavish Alice for a long time until recently, they have a wide range of dresses and the quality is beautiful. I did have a little issue with one dress not arriving due to stock issues but the customer service team were amazing, they emailed me to explain, they refunded my delivery costs and kept me up today with when my order would arrive. They reply extremely fast to any customer service issues you may have. I would definitely order from them again, customer service team deserve a pay rise ☺️

I attempted to buy an amazing blazer off the Lavish Alice website and something went wrong and my transaction was cancelled. I attempted to buy it again, my money was taken but the order wasn’t recorded, however the customer support team were able to refund me within 24 hours! I really appreciate that as it’s quite rare nowdays. I still plan on buying the blazer, I just need to get it shipped somewhere else as I am leaving Canada, which was also why I was a bit concerned in case the order came through late. Really lovely team, I am very grateful to them and will definitely shop there!
I’ve just ordered my first few dresses from Lavish Alice and realised too late that I forgot to apply the discount code. I emailed them to ask if they could apply it retrospectively and got an immediate response from them and a refund commensurate with the amount of discount I should have got if it had applied the code. I’m so pleased with their honest and responsive service and look forward to receiving my dresses. Thank you Lavish Alice 🙏🏻
After leaving a negative review due to the delay of my refund, Lavish Alice contacted me immediately apologising and explaining why their refunds are at 15 working days at the moment. They made sure I received my refund with immediate effect and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. I have to say the customer service I received has been the best I have ever experienced with any company.
Lavish Alice customer support and client care where absolutely excellent to deal with!! I emailed on a Sunday evening, not thinking of getting a response until the midweek, and to my surprise I received an email back for Jordan promptly, himself and Tarek facilitated my refund, within hours. I never needed to follow up or chase the refund. To receive such quick service for a refund as opposed to a sale really surprised me. Many thanks to the team for their speedy and polite service.
Jumpsuit was lovely but quite small. Id recommend sizing up. Returns process ok, they couldn’t locate my return I had to write to chase it up

Great service I entered the wrong email address completely my fault , emailed lavish Alice and it come back to me in 5 mins changed the email and resent me the email confirmation ! Fantastic customer service their customer service agents are amazing !! Thank you !
Wow I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with this company. The customer service team, particularly Samantha, is so helpful and the response times are fast! They clearly care about their customers and I now cannot wait to receive my pre order !
