Je suis très déçu de mon expérience avec Le Col. La qualité de la matière ne correspond pas au prix élevé que j'ai payé. De plus, le fait que les frais de retour soient à ma charge est inacceptable. Je pense qu'il est préférable d'opter pour une marque suisse qui propose des tarifs similaires mais avec une meilleure qualité et un meilleur service après-vente.
Slow delivery
My go to kit whenever I dive in to my overstocked cycling drawer. Great fit, materials and quality, that I know I won’t notice on those long 210km+ rides, which is the way you want it. Super helpful customer service team too when the courier doesn’t always deliver as expected, or I ordered the incorrect size.
bib tights in Large too tight, i'm 66kg, 5 foot 9, waist 33 inch, so not big, but these bib tights are still too tight. worn them now on a few rides
XL Shorts were spot size wise but the large gloves just fitted my wife’s hands
I’ve been using Le Col for a number of years both for personal & team kits due to the quality & value for money. Recently I ordered a jersey and the zip on the rear pocket broke. I reported the fault and the following morning Le Col had provided me with an apology for the zip breaking & a solution. Rarely nowadays do you receive such a prompt & positive response. Brilliant.
Ordering and comms is very good. Problem is the use of Evri. The package was just dropped off in an unsecure place . Didn’t bother to ring doorbell . Need to use a different delivery service
They are not anymore like when they started, quality went down. I bough a 3 season jersey worn maybe 7/8 times the top layer became thinner in spots. A Hors Categorie bib bought not even 2 years ago the chamois stitches came off a the pad as well. I have other brands bibs, some of them 10 years old that I use on the trainer every day, they did not move at all. I am disappointed and regret that I just ordered a new Hors Categorie II bid and jersey, I bought before this happened. I contacted via support, I don’t see a response yet. Thank you!
Pro Bib Shorts II stiching broke after few rides. Haven’t had such problems with way cheaper bibs. Turned to LeCol - they blame my bikefit. I mean it (my bikefit) is good enough for other brands, also you are riding a bicycle, not all roads are in perfect condition, it’s a sport of a constant movement you are standing up, stoping at red lights, etc. But ok, everything is possible, went to professional bikefit, where bikefitter told me that everything is fine with my position on the seat/saddle. Wrote to LeCol once again, saying what I was told in bikefit. Got rude answer that they know the best, just get new bibs with 50% discount (crash policy) and be happy.
Finally, cycling shorts for women of normal heights! I’m 5’2” and these are a perfect length - I imagine anyone under about 5’6” would find the standard length irritating behind the knees. For waist shorts these are nice and comfy at the tummy (though I can’t wait for Le Col to make shorter length bib shorts as well!)

I got 2 different bib shorts, 2 bidons and Chamois Cream. I already got a few Le Col bib shorts, they perform and fit me better than the rest of bibs I've got, and I have many. When I choose them most morning it means I love them. Another very important part is the very fast delivery! And no hustle with customs or anything else, Since the price includes all. Comfortable kit at a competitive price when strava discounts are factored into the price. That being said the kit is as durable as single ply toilet paper, and the unwillingness of LeCol to stand by the product and replace defective kit is absolutely abhorrent. I will never buy another piece of LeCol kit after everything purchased fails at a rate that far exceeds that's of pearl izumi, pactimo or any other reputable brand. Spend your money with a brand that cares about its product and not just putting out crap to pay for a pro team sponsorship.
Wonderful Jersey & Bib short ! Great quality and colours. Fits true to size too. Love the fit and compression of the short. Really good chamois and the short don’t bunch up at the knee or roll up the thigh. I can only recommend.

Mi piacciono i Vs.materiali e via via acquisto da voi sempre volentieri quanto mi occorre; ormai è già qualche anno che sono Vs. cliente e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovato bene, unica cosa che devo sottolineare è che i tempi di consegna dalla data dell’ordine negli anni si sono dilatati in modo abbastanza evidente e questo non rende molto efficiente la Vs. ottima organizzazione.
