Purchased a 2 seater and 3 seater bonded leather sofa. Really pleased with the sofas, the price and service provided. Didn’t turn up until 8.00pm-8:30pm but the delivery guys explained that they’d had a busy day and had deliveries in Telford and Nottingham. Was really surprised when I walked into the shop in Erdington, Birmingham as it looks small from the outside but huge inside. They also sell kitchen tables, cupboards, mirrors, pictures and other items. Would recommend Leather Sofa World to anyone looking at purchasing new sofas. I will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Can't fault our experience buying from Leather Sofa World. The guy at the store was really helpful in helping us choose a sofa and we were really happy with the price. The sofa arrived on the day we expected it however the delivery was slightly late but I have left it at 5 stars as we haven't had any other issues. The guys who set up the sofa were friendly and efficient. Great service, thank you!

Had an amazing charcole recliner sofa and 2 chairs today from the tamworth branch connor was the lad who helped us he was absolutly amazing did not rush us helped in every way possible such a lovely young chap a credit to such a lovely shop and the sofas are so beautiful and the quality was amazing definatly a go to place if your looking for quality and reasonable price a 5 * plus review from me and a 5* plus review for connor the young lad who works there he does an amazing job

Visited the Tamworth store today, Friendly Management team greeted me nothing seemed too much trouble, Ordered a stunning italian sofa with chairs plus various accessories great value and good delivery slots available to suit, certainly worth a visit, wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products.
There was a very good selection of sofas and other furniture available, something for everyone. The staff member was friendly, helpful and professional.
I visited the Erdington branch and purchased my leather suite. Service was brilliant all the staff were very helpful. I received my sofa on time and was very pleased. Would definitely recommend this store, guaranteed to find something you want!
In order to have my sofa delivered as quickly as possible, I paid an additional fee for 'express delivery' on 18th February. In spite of being given a delivery date, I waited all day for it only to be informed that the "van had broken down", after I called to check on delivery time and they didn’t even bother calling me to let me know. 4 days later no delivery date was still given, at this point I thought I’d cancel and purchase from elsewhere. As of 15/03/2023, I have not received my refund because they do not have enough funds in their PayPal account; you are now entitled to make your own judgments. “Leather Sofa World ® is the largest independent sofa retailer in the U.K.”, “reputable furniture retailer in the UK”. I find it rather absurd that a company that claims to be the “largest independent sofa retailer” does not have adequate funds to refund my money. As recommended by LSW, I contacted PayPal for a refund, which I did, but soon after I was advised again by LSW to close the PayPal dispute since they were unable to do so. This rang alarm bells for me, and almost a month later, I still have not received a refund. I would not waste your money, effort and time buying from this “reputable” company. As for the slogan "Hassle-Free Returns", I have yet to receive a sofa to return and they are still refusing to refund my purchase. - In response to the update below, I still await a refund 1 month later - so Leather sofa world now want to remove my review, what is the point of trust pilot if the 'REAL REVIEWS' are deleted. - my refund came through via Paypal after I had opened up a dispute and was escalated via Paypal, this was on 22/03/2023
