Service is quick and agents are helpful but they're not really committed to customers eye health. I've been ordering from Lenstore for a while and when I reached out about being sent defective lenses quite a few times, I wasn't given a response.

Order put on hold by Lenstore as WRONGLY thought the order was incorrect prescription, did not inform me, even after 2 calls did not send out same day despite charging me next day delivery, and refused to refund postage. Have booked an appointment with Boots Optician to avoid Lenstore.
I get a timely reminder when I need to restock, my order arrives next day, post free, so I never have to worry about it. Macushield is an important supplement for me and I have recommended both the product and Lens Store to friends who have been diagnosed with dry AMD. It doesn't claim to cure it, I have responded well to this supplement.
Sent defective lenses. Contacted cust service on first opportunity and have been going in circles since. 4 or 5 different agents all asking for information that has been provided to them already. A simple replacement pack of lenses would have sorted the issue but here we are 2 weeks later and left with lenses that are defective. Disgraceful customer service will not be using again!
Donna was so helpful when I got the wrong prescription and sent a new box out straight away! Super fast service and my lenses were even delivered on a Sunday, would highly recommend!
Fast efficient service
I have used lens store for a little over 12 years. Their products were great, hence me being a long time customer, when I had any issues they were quick to respond and rectify the situation. More recently, their products haven’t been the best. I ordered my usual daily lenses and when I went to put one onto my eye, I noticed part of the lens had broken off. Thinking it was a one off, I didn’t think too much of it and opened another one and carried about my day. A few days later, I opened another packet, but this time, had one split in my eye moments after putting it in. I decided to email lens store about the issues and attach a photo of the damaged lens I managed to pull out of my eye after it split. I only wanted them to simply send me some replacement lenses, as I was concerned it was a botched pack, considering the amount of issues I’d had with the lenses within that pack. A week later, after no reply, I decided to contact them via their live chat. I was connected immediately, then after explaining the situation was told I needed the optical department, which I found odd as of course I was calling about an optical problem, but anyhow I was told I’d be connected to an agent from the optical team. I waited for half an hour to be connected and at the half an hour mark, I saw it was coming on to 5pm, their closing time for live chat, so I gave up on receiving a reply. I then decided to call lens store the following day. Whilst on the phone to the agent, I explained my situation regarding the damaged lens and the one that split in my eye, they were a lovely agent, asking me first and foremost about my eye health since the incident and if I was ok - absolutely awesome customer service. I was told to email lens store with the issue and include a photo - I told the agent I had done that, then was told to wait for a reply to the email I’d sent the week prior. A few days later, I received an email with a page of questions, which I answered, then after a few days they sent me a replacement pack. The reason for 3 stars is the wait time on live chat, the wait for a response to the email; the process took so long I had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement pack of lenses when I’d have liked the lenses sent out first, then have to send supporting information. Having been a customer for 12 years and having only requested a refund maybe once in those 12 years, I would have thought I’d have had a better response time & have my replacement lenses sent sooner. Another reason for only 3 stars is that, following this incident, I’ve had another 2 of my daily lenses (from a brand new box of lenses) split upon putting them in my eye, as well as one of my monthly lenses splitting upon putting it in my eye too on another occasion. Not sure what’s going on with the products more recently, but they’re not as good as they used to be.
Great service and next day delivery
I've ordered my lenses from Lenstore for a while now They are cheaper than other sites. Dont overcharge for postage and usually arrive the next day. Excellent company.
