I bought a flashing ball that liberty said for dogs/kids. It's got a nail sticking out for on/off button. Very flimsy casing where any dog could soon get into the inner casing and chew contents. This is NOT for a dog@

I had occasion to email to cancel this order before it was despatched but it made no difference and the item was despatched anyway. I shall now have to go to the bother of returning the item. Since posting this review, Liberty have apologised, cancelled my order and refunded my payment.
Its is really flimsy plastic. It doesn't move as the motor part inside is too big for the ball to rotate. One really annoying silly tune on it too. complete waste of money - I should have know better than to buy it.
Communication excellent questions answered straight away purchased item gave them wrong email address they sorted it straight away after telling them.

Easy to order and came within the estimated delivery time but wasnt what i ordered. I ordered a soft toy pug in a tiger onesie but the one that arrived was in a leopard onesie. Even came with the reciept for a tiger. As it was a gift i didnt have the time to wait to return it so it had to do.

I bought a mesh Ball for my daughter. After one day it burst. The good went onto her hands and caused a chemical reaction. Her hand was red and swollen. She was sent home from school and I had to leave work. What if the goods had gotten into her eyes? This is absolutely disgraceful. I have pictures of her hand and I would like to be contacted to discuss this.

I ordered a book on Thursday evening and it arrived today (Monday). I had already tried to get this book elsewhere and it has been on order for over a week with another supplier. I hadnt come across Liberty Trading before so was a little sceptical, but no worries it turned up very quickly.
