Ordered a slate pool table online after watching the very informative and useful videos to help decide - the videos are clear and go through everything to ensure the right table is ordered. The comms after placing the order were great, I was contacted about the delivery (which was very quick) and they were clear, helpful and understanding. I opted for the installed delivery option and the two chaps who delivered the table were polite, helpful, very considerate of the house and left the pool table set up perfectly where we wanted it and went through all the details on care and future maintenance. All in all a very professional, helpful and slick service, couldn't be happier with the purchase!
The website is very informative and accurate. The delivery of the table tennis table was super quick. The table was easy to build. The products is of high quality and the children at school are thoroughly enjoying playing with it.
Bought a pool table for a youth club and - having looked at website to get a clear picture of options, issues, things to consider - then discussed them on the phone which clarified matters. Placed the order and well within the projected delivery date negotiated a mutually convenient date/time, Van arrived within the one hour window and the table was set up in the best place and some helpful points to be aware of were given. All the cardboard etc was taken away and we were ready to go.
Good service. Great table at a good price promptly delivered. Pretty easy to assemble and 20 mins later after levelling some nice games of pool. Cues a bit lightweight.
