Very disheartening when you purchase a pair of shoes and it goes through as a confirmation only for them to turn around 2 days later and say they are out of stock. Doesn’t make sense when they were in stock in a few differ e sizes at that time. 🙁

Very fast free delivery to the store which is great. Deducting stars as the sizing info on the website is useless. I wanted a pair of size 4 boots Nike football for my son. When they arrived they were 36.5 EU sizing (not 37). It’s impossible to work out what sizes you’re viewing as the EU equivalent is not included - only UK and a generic sizing chart that isn’t specific to any brand. Was the same when I was buying North Face slippers at Christmas online - I’d no idea if they were a toddler or older children’s size or even men’s as there was no info on what category they were or EU sizing equivalent. Wasted time getting the boots in the wrong size and now that style is sold out…
Ordered runners online and waited over a week for delivery, rang DPD who was the currier that was meant to deliver them, they said they didn’t receive the package yet, went into lifestyle to ask where my order was, when he looked it up in the system he said that my order had been handed over to DPD and that somehow it has been lost. I asked to reorder the runners but was told they were out of stock now and could only give me a refund. To be honest the workers in lifestyle were very helpful and I didn’t mind getting the refund but lifestyle need to change their delivery currier as I have had awful experience with DPD, this isn’t the first parcel that DPD have “lost” on me and other times my packages have been cut open and my items taken out of the package that was delivered. I will not be ordering from Lifestyle again if DPD will be delivering it as I do not trust I will receive my package!

I ordered my football boots on Friday morning with the delivery expected on the Monday morning. I received them on Saturday morning just in time for my game that weekend. Great efficient service.
So delighted that I was able to return an unwanted purchase bought online to the store & get a refund as the last few returns I only received a Gift Card which cannot be used online.
Ordered in store at 7 pm as they did not have size in store & arrived next day in afternoon. Delighted

I am a Munster rugby supporter. I wanted firstly to purchase a three quarter length club branded winter coat - but Lifestyle do not sell such an item. My second purchase was a club quarter zip fleece-I am pleased with that item

Half my order didn't arrive & when I queried, I was told it was out of stock, Someone should have contacted me to tell me it was out of stock to see did I want to order something else. I had to make contact & I was refunded to a gift card & my debit card (as had used both). There was no alternative request, I was happy to purchase the same item in a different size. I wasn't allowed but the cost had gone up up by €27 if I was to buy again

I placed an order for a pair of runners for my son that were €20 cheaper on their website than in any of the shops I had gone into that day. I placed the order online at 6.30pm that evening & I couldn’t believe it when I opened my front door the next morning at 8.30am to the delivery man giving me the runners! My son was over the moon & he went off to school with his new runners on, he was happy out!!! Excellent service!! Keep up the good work guys, I will definitely come back to you when I need to buy new runners for myself or my kids!
