The webside says after $40 US free shipping and my cart was $49 and still they tried to charge 12 for delivery. I contacted customer service a few times and they were not able to do nothing so the free shipping after 40 US it's a lie!
My order #10489 was cancelled, no reason given. Have tried to contact numerous times with no response. Still have not received a refund, weeks later now. Beginning to think this is a scam. Got the refund. Still no communication from info@lifeandlooks (junk mail checked) except on Trust Pilot.
