we received a pile of wood pieces and had to hire someone to assemble it so the price was at list $170 dollars extra. very disappointed as we are all very busy teachers. I would not buy from them again . sorry

The product is good but by god the instructions are horrible. It’s hard to spot the letter labels on the poles and the photos on paper instructions are so dark it’s hard to see.

The cubby items were in poor condition. The pieces were all out of shape, it took two of us 4 days to put it together and we had to modify the cubby so it would fit. Missing bolts and screws made it challenging and had to go to Bunnings to buy more. Avoid at all costs.
We bought this sand pit for our grandson and it was a hit. Great product and the canopy just makes it more enjoyable.
