This service is good and normally the products too, but the quality of a recent purchase (a Lindby LED panel ceiling light) was so flimsy that it couldn't support its own weight when fitted, meaning that it hangs lopsided. The back/top flexes more on one end than the other. Works, and it was cheap, to be fair but too cheap = too flimsy = not happy.
Lovely light, I love all the things it does with the remote. Light weight and easy to put up. The wires were a bit short so had to extend them but on the whole very good value.
No sign of items over a week later and customer service don't respond - sat on hold for about 20 mins and no one answered. Bought a different item from somewhere else. Waste of time

My enquiry for technical help was answered by return and replacements were agreed immediately. The agent I dealt with was extremely polite and helpful and provided labels and documents for their fast return. New lights ordered in their place were received the next day. A very good and satisfying experience.

Brilliant ceiling light. Fast delivery and packaged well. The light is a lovely feature in our lounge. Fantastic to be able to dim the light with the three different settings. Really simple to install as well.
