Quick resolve to my issue with Lightwave hub.

Had an issue with an older Lightwave hub that I have had for years. I spoke to Lizzie yesterday who checked out a few things but was unable to fix the issue. She recommended new hub which she was able to discount for me so I bought the new hub. It was delivered this morning ! I couldn’t believe how quickly the package arrived. Spoke then to Callum to set up & connect the new hub. Both staff really pleasant & helpful & very knowledgeable about their products. Brilliant ! Thank you !

Had a malfunctioning LP40 plug-in. Contacted the help desk. Response was quick and helpful by Lizzy. Returned the broken plgs-in and received a replacement shortly after. All in all a pleasant and professional experience.

What a great company!!!!!

Had the pleasure of speaking with both Ed and Ellis in the sales department. WOW! Both are amazing, super responsive and knowledgeable about their products. Did have a few technical issues that got resolved within 5 mins of calling the office. Had a brief chat with Will who signed in from his end and fixed the issue in a heartbeat. Will defo be coming back for more stuff, thanks again everyone at Lightwave.

Worth calling for great service

First call was greeted by Paul - great service thanks! We inherited a few Lightwave switches and decided to look at automating the whole system for our renovation project and contacted lightwave due to customisable settings with the app. I was offered great support from Dave who guided me. Ordered the hub and a few more switches and arrived next day ! Great Thanks again for your help Dave - It's very much appreciated.

Such an amazing company!!!

Such an amazing company. Was immediately able to speak to staff, I was speaking to Ed, who was able to answer all my questions, giving loads of advice and offering ideas I had not even thought of !!! At the time of this review i am awaiting my products which will be here swiftly with even the order tracking numbers sent personally from the staff them selves. I even have one of there Pro Installers local to me, There products look amazing compared to anything else on the market and i have full faith that they will every thing you want and more for your smart home. I cant wait to have it set up.

Excellent to deal with! Spent a lot of time reviewing which lighting system to go with for our renovation project and settled on Lightwave due to their sleek, modern look, quality and customisable settings within the app. Once I started on this journey I was contacted by Dave Simmons (Lightwave) who was a pleasure to deal with and offered great support when needed. Even offered to train our electrician on how to install their equipment. Thanks again for your help Dave - It's very much appreciated.

Service at the highest level

I am not an electrician but do have a base understanding of AC lighting. I was inquisitive as to how you wired a 4 gang lighting switch with Master and slave and what the wiring required was. Called the number and had a super helpful Will answer every question (Often repeated) then send me an email description so I could pass on to electrician who was doing the job. You just struggle to find service like that nowadays. Then they game me a discount (probably to get me off the phone!) Can't wait to install.

Fantastic Customer Service

I've only first dealt with Lightwave since 23/04/2024 My experience with them has been excellent. Ordered several items,which arrived next day - a rarity in Northern Ireland. Unfortunately one item was incorrect, possibly even my fault. Called them on the morning of April 25th. Not problem - all sorted, I just need to send back the incorrect item, which I will be reimbursed for the postage. Replacement items send on the same day, and again arrived next day on the 26th of April So many other companies could learn an awful lot from you. Thank you, I expect I will be back for more voice controllable items.

Amazing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Have had the absolute best experience all around. From the product introduction meeting with Ellis over Teams, to the numerous follow ups with Dave Simmons, the support has been outstanding. We purchased a couple of the products to test them out and couldn’t be happier. Very easy to install and takes no time at all to sync the system to the app. We have the app on various devices and works smoothly, with no glitches, delays or issues. We have an upcoming major project and will be using Lightwave for the entire property due to both the quality and price points- for the quality of the product , it’s worth every penny. We looked at a more prominent brand originally and for basically the same results, it would have cost us 6 times more!!

Brilliant Lightwave Tech support for great products

I knew that the Lightwave Tech support is Ace from the assistance I had when my hub and first internal light switches were installed in July 2023. This year I decided to upgrade my garden lighting. My excellent electrician installed the Smart relay and the wire free smart switch then we knew from last year it would be more straight forward to connect if we called Lightwave to talk us through it all. Jack was amazing and has so much knowledge and patience. I wish all customer services were like Lightwave's. Thank you

A client recently requested some smart switching and from previous experience I advised LightWave was selected, as expected the product worked as expected but the most impressive part of the process is the great customer care/ technical support guys. Jack ran through the app & potential solutions with ease and made the basic configuration of unit to hand over to client seamless. Top job, would certainly use LightWave products in the future.
