Ordered the travel set with my initials, very happy with the pieces, very high quality product. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. So loved the large tote bag and makeup bag in beige. I was slightly worried I would not receive them in time for my trip to Italy. One email later and so kind and helpful and managed to fast track it to me. So many compliments from Italians and British alike. So happy I have ordered more in pink for the summer. I have just ordered the weekend tote bag with my initials on but forgot to add the 10% discount for first time purchase. I emailed them asking could I possibly use this for my next purchase and Lin came back to me and kindly told me she would refund me 10% of this order I just made! Amazing service! She also has put a note on my order of the date in which I’m traveling to make sure I receive it by this time. Great service and I cannot wait to receive my bag.

A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out. I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation. Lucy in customer services responded the same day, saying she would sort this - and she did, the bag arrived last week for our anniversary today. - Wife loves the bag A massive thank you to Lucy, who not only sorted this but kept me up to date throughout and a huge thank you for all at Lily and Bean - amazing customer service. - Id give 6 starts if I could
More than 5 weeks after ordering my bag i followed up to see how much longer it would be as heard nothing since placing the order. Lin responded stating they are very busy and orders taking 6 weeks, but would be several more weeks before mine would be done. Told her i was aware of the extra time orders were taking and why ordered well in advance to have the bag for a holiday, but as it was over 5 weeks since ordering and i am in Australia wouldn't be getting it in 6 weeks. Lin was great and said would push my order through so it would leave in next few days. Thank you Lin!
Beautiful products. Purchased a personalized tote bag as a gift. The bag is very good quality and the printed initials look great. I needed the bag a little faster than was planned with postage and Lin in customer service was able to assist me to get the bag in good time. She was very polite and efficient with my requests. Received my tote 👜 bag today and it’s lovely can’t wait to take it on holiday. The customer service I have had has been amazing I was worried I wouldn’t receive bag in time and emailed them and they responded straight away and dealt with it straight away … I received my bag 2 days after I raised my concern… and got it way before they said .
