Ordered a Mullen flush ceiling light & arrived on anticipated delivery date. Worth the wait as light is beautiful & well made, the glass is thick & heavy. Looks great in our cottage bedroom.

I had some issues with the tii-pii bed and stand that I ordered (an issue which stemmed from the tii-pii manufacturer rather than lime lace). I am still giving them 5 stars as the customer service was outstanding. They responded to my email same day and worked with the tii-pii company to resolved the issue within a couple of days.
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. This company goes above and beyond with their customer service, and I've never felt so happy with a purchase made. I highly recommend them, and although we couldn't fit a beautiful tiipii into our garden that we bought from them, they refunded me within the same day and collected it for us. I am absolutely purchasing something else from them, and will recommend them to everyone we know. Perfect company. This is how companies should be! Absolutely brilliant. Purchased a lovely barbecue and it arrived in great time. They kept me informed of progress etc. there was an issue with the item and they responded in minutes and solved the issue faster than I could have written this review. To test how good a company is sometimes requires something to go wrong and on this occasion I cannot fault them. I have written so many bad reviews and few good but this was soooooooo good I just had to write. Will keep buying from this firm and I strongly recommend them.
This companies customer service is amazing. Ben in particular was extremely helpful. During my house renovation process I have ordered from many sites and learned over time to stick to domestic companies as the order and return process (where needed) is always a lot more straightforward. Superb service. Ordered 2 lights, delivered on time but there was a fault on one. Emailed Limelace at 7pm and got a response immediately from Ben, this was followed up the next day day with an update. Replacement light received a couple of days later. Superb old fashioned good service. Thank Ben for being so helpful and efficient!
The wallpaper took a long time to arrive but I can appreciate the disruptions. In the end the quality is perfect and it is handmade so worth the wait. In the meantime the customer service was excellent. I'd certainly shop again.

We purchased wallpaper for our dining room and it looks great, the staff were helpful in advising on paste needed. Would highly recommend, they have some beautiful wallpapers that I've not seen anywhere else before.

Dreadful service. Colleagues ordered a picture for me and they sent the wrong thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (anyone can make a mistake) and ordered something myself. No sign of it so I had to chase it down via Royal Mail only to discover LimeLace had sent it without paying any postage so I had to pay it. Again. I had paid postage with the original order. Until they sort out a better way of despatching goods I would advise you to go elsewhere.
