After lengthy correspondence back and forth, we finally placed our order. We required a mix of products which required us ordering from both the UK and European sites. As the bedding is for our guests, we were not going to get to appreciate the product. Having said that, I found myself overnighting in a room and experienced the product for myself. The product is very luxurious, if somewhat a bummer to Iron crease free. Would highly recommend this product.
Great quality bedding, luxurious feeling and wonderful customer focused service. I ordered many items and one of them didn’t make it. They immediately sent the missing item no questions asked that same day. They even charged an item for me last minute when i realized i ordered the wrong size. Really good company.
Couldn’t use the square pillow slips until I wash them, the smell was horrible!!
Good variety of products and good service. The reason I only gave 4* is because one pair of pillowcases aren’t as good quality as the other pair! The seams are not parallel and didn’t iron as easily. As I got a free pair…..were they the inferior pair?? I love my pillows and fitted sheet too, just a little disappointed overall.
